We recently had my Bridal Shower at the Board Room and the whole day surpassed any expectations we may have had. We brought a ton of our own decor and were anticipating needing extra time to load it into the restaurant but as soon as we showed up, several staff members came out to our vehicles and helped us unload and place everything- it minimized so much stress for us. That set the stage for the rest of the event – we entered our space and the tables were set beautifully, tables arranged nicely and staff ready to help us. The charcuterie boards were a hit with our guests, and so were the meals. Everything was delicious, the service from the servers as well as the bartenders were superb, and we had the most amazing time. We brought in our own flower bar and it was set up beautifully in the side room. It’s a beautiful space and I recommend to anyone looking to host an event. Special shoutout to Erin, Rebecca, and Natalie for making my day special and taking care of us!

Beautiful restaurant with a warm, inviting atmosphere and stunning interior details. The bar is GORGEOUS! We ordered the Firecracker shrimp and Armenian Steak tips with rice—both delicious!
I met a friend who was in town visiting so we arrived early (around 4:15) as the first guests, and watched the place quickly filled up, which was a great sign. Service started a little slow but was friendly and attentive. Plenty of parking.
Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back to try more!

The Boardroom catered our event and it was perfect. They helped cultivate the menu and amount of food. Presentation was a 10, the charcuterie board was a masterpiece, the sliders were amazing and they were a pleasure to work with. The staff made ordering easy, delivery was punctual…..I would highly recommend The Board Room for your next event.

I attended a charcuterie-making class hosted by My Charcuterie and The Board Room, and it was such a fun and memorable experience! The event room was packed and beautifully set up — each place had a box with all the delicious charcuterie fixings, a cutting board, and utensils.
Our table also ordered food and drinks, and everything was amazing — the mushroom goat cheese truffle flatbread, Brussels sprout Caesar salad, and Korean tacos were all delicious. I’d honestly go back just for the food!
Liz, the owner, led the class with two helpers who made sure everyone got hands-on support. We learned how to make a salami and strawberry rose, cut cucumbers into a cool chevron pattern, and style everything beautifully on our boards. Since it’s October, there were festive touches like mini skeletons, spiders, and googly eyes — such a fun detail! Liz mentioned there’s a new theme each month, which makes me want to come back for more.
I can’t wait to bring my mom and son for a holiday class. This is such a great activity for a girls’ night out, date night, or group of friends. Highly recommend My Charcuterie and The Board Room — such a creative and delicious experience!

Outstanding food, cocktails, hospitality, and ambiance. The Boardroom sets the bar in beautiful downtown Libertyville. Sophisticated and upscale, yet relaxed and casual, it is the kind of place that makes any night feel special.
Enjoying the night with friends, we were treated like both family and VIPs. Every dish and cocktail was incredible and beautifully presented. Meeting the lovely owner and talented chef made the experience even more memorable, and we were lucky enough to preview the fall menu – which is So Good!
We only snapped a few photos at the end because we were too caught up enjoying the evening. Looking forward to going back to the Boardroom soon!

My husband and I had a great valentine’s day dinner experience at the board room. The food was tasty and drinks were great. Our waitress Susi answered all our questions and took great care of us despite being extremely busy. I applaud all their staff for handling the busiest night for the restaurant industry with grace and respect. The brunch menu is also 10/10 and our personal favorite. We highly recommend this place!

Came here for a mom’s night out during the week. Great vibe, drinks and service! Rebecca was our server and was very attentive and informative. She let us know in advance when last call would be for drinks and food, and always made sure that our group was ok and did not need anything. The drinks were great! I had one of the red wines, but some of the other members of my group ordered different winter cocktails which I heard were delicious, and also looked really pretty! Our group had a lot of fun, and we plan on returning again. Thanks Board Room for being a great spot for our mom’s night out!

Modern take on a mid century bar. We arrived and were greeted by a nice hostess. We ordered 2 drinks to start the berry peach bourbon smash & cucumber cooler both drinks were absolutely delicious and refreshing. For appetizers we tried the Nashville Mini Chicken Sliders & salmon bites were delicious they could pair it with a better sauce instead of just soy sauce. For our entrees we had Wild Mushroom, Goat Cheese & Black Truffle Flat bread tasted very delicious and crispy & the smash burger was cooked to my liking with a very delicious bacon onion jam and Sriracha aioli, the truffle fries were fantastic. Very friendly and attentive staff. Would recommend this place and return for another dinner.

Came in for a charcuterie class and stayed for firecracker shrimp and lollipop chicken wings! The class was fun, the food was good and the service was stellar! I will definitely do this again and bring along a few friends. Blood orange Paloma… thank me later.
