All side were wrong on my uber eat twice. Missing sauce which I have to pay for. And this is what I got pea and corn for my mashed potatoes and gravy. 1 wing was sent when i order drum. For tenders combo they literally rip one tenders in 4 pieces. Can’t even read and get order right, no wonder yall work at KFC!

It is really hit or miss here. Sometimes everything is right, other times food is soggy and there is always a 50/50 chance that you actually get the sauces you order.
Sometimes the staff is nice and will acknowledge you… other times your food just gets shoved out the window, like today. No hi, no acknowledgement just food shoved out the window and me having to ask multiple times for sauce because the girl never acknowledged me.
Not one word was spoken to me other than at the speaker when they told me to pull forward. I would have accepted being told to go away, because then at least I would have been acknowledged.
Like I said it is not always like this but the bad is really starting to outweigh the good. Even a correct order and good food can be ruined by someone’s attitude.
I get it, it’s cold and people can be terrible, plus working fast food can suck, but that doesn’t mean you can give subpar service or just straight up ignore the customer you are helping.

This KFC location usually delivers solid food—crispy chicken, decent sides, and quick service. The flavors are familiar and satisfying, and I appreciate the consistency most days.
That said, the energy from staff can feel a bit cold at times. Not rude, just not very welcoming. Also, the chicken occasionally comes out overfried, which takes away from the usual juicy texture.
Still, it’s a reliable spot when you’re craving comfort food. Just hoping for a little more warmth—and a little less crunch.

During a recent road trip I had the privilege of stopping by this location. Even with it being late and close to closing time they allowed me to come in and place an order(I think the manager could tell I was from put of town). I truly appreciate this courtesy and kindness! You guys rock!

Whatever you do, avoid this location especially around dinner time. Food was definitely old, and it taste like they heated it up in the microwave. Details below:
I pulled up to this location and ordered food in drive-thru. Place didn’t seem busy and I was able to order immediately. I pull around and pay and was told to pull to the front and someone will bring my food out. No big deal, I don’t mind waiting for fresh food.
I pull around the front and there are about 6 other cars with people waiting for their food as well. About 5 minutes later someone asks me what I ordered. I tell her and she hands me the bag. I start checking it and it’s definitely not what I ordered. Another person comes out and asks me what I ordered. I tell him that first person gave me the wrong stuff and start telling him my order and he finishes it so I think he has my correct meal. I tried to give him the other food back but he said have a good night and ran back into the store. I check this bag and everything looks like the right order. The guy and the girl comes back to my car asking for the other food and I started handing it back over. He looks in the bag and asks “where’s the sandwich?” Which was in another bag that I had hanging out the window. He then asks “were you eating it?” And I told him no, I was not, but I did touch the food so it might not be a good idea to give it to someone else. The took the food in the store, grabbed another food item and tossed in the bag and handed it to a customer . The girl came back out with another order and I asked to speak to their manager and she said they don’t have one tonight but the other guy was kinda in charge.
I left and went to work and one of my coworkers decided to grab a piece of chicken, and instantly regretted it. He spat it out immediately. This food is beyond nasty.

Very long line. Order taker was rude two of my wing’s we’re under cooked.

Gave them another try even worse than the last time my famous bowl was cold . And I live 3 minutes away from the restaurant. And I paid for two wings and party wings and the party wings were way bigger and better. Will not visit again unless I’m desperate

I usually don’t complain about restaurants. I know they are underpaid and overworked. I purchased a 3 piece dinner mashed. Potatoes, coleslaw, wing leg and a thigh. They were the scrawniest and dried out pieces of chicken. I’ve ever purchased there. Shame on them for serving a product this bed!!
