Don’t order the boneless wings with the Hut Box.
The food and service here is generally very good and while I understand that they can’t control the size of the boneless wings, what I got was 4 pieces of chicken smaller than/half the size of a regular nugget.

The pizza and cheese bread sticks were fabulous and tasty! The service was very slow as you had one waitress on in a packed dining area! The atmosphere was very loud with obnoxious people and homeless people looking for something to eat which I get! They did feed him which says a lot about our community! Other than that a pretty good experience overall!

We came to the fulton pizza hut for dinner and it took awhile before we were seated . The waitress asked for our drink order before we even sat down. About 10 minutes later she took or order for appetizers and our dinner.. this took another 30 minutes and everything came out at the same time. The fulton pizza hut has really gone to hell

Update: April 2024 – ordered a large pizza ($12 sale) BBQ chicken topping that was surprisingly good. Enjoyed the Italian meats Oven bake with cheesy garlic bread. No reason to change the 5 star rating – it is exactly what I would expect from a Pizza Hut. Recent remodeling /redecorating looks good. Been coming here for years as a Fulton resident and no big complaints.

The waitress didn’t even let us sit down before she wanted to know what we wanted to drink, the breadsticks came out with the pizza. We asked for the specials and she said what are you looking for? We won’t be going back any time soon.

Walked in was seated pretty quick drink order was taken and never saw a waitress again. Saw multiple people come in after us and get drinks and their orders taken. Finally after 20 minutes we walked out. Never even received our drink order.

Ordered on Halloween around 1 pm for pick up around 7 pm and when I got my food cashier was short with me and had an attitude I spent 75 bucks . She forgot to hand me my 2 liter of soda and I stood at the counter for what was almost 10 minutes asking the pizza maker and the guy boxing stuff to hand me my 2 liter I had already paid for and they completely ignored me. As I stood there waiting for my soda that I had already paid for as my food got colder. My bread sticks were plain with nothing on them I received 2 boxes that looked like the picture. Everything else seemed fine, other than it was cold. I used to love this place but since they started the remodel up until now it has really gone down hill. Just sad.

Literally spend about 60 seconds in there around 7:35pm today. Waitress came to the table asked about drinks. After that we asked her what the specials were, she rolled her eyes in annoyance and when my mom asked why she did that, he very sarcastically said “I did NOT roll my eyes at YOU” and walked away with attitude. On that note, we are outta here. Guess they don’t care if they lose customers. Time to find somewhere else for my kiddos to eat tonight. Thanks Pizza Hut.
