The food was amazing! Thanks to Rafael he helped us make a great dinner Selection we even had some leftovers!! the Misu soup he actually turned around and fix it to fit too a great taste. This was our first visit here, but we will definitely be coming back great prices for the amount of food you get!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at El Sushi, and unfortunately, much of that falls under the responsibility of the customer service manager, Marisol Soria. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:54 PM, yet almost an hour later it was still not completed. When the sushi was finally being assembled, one of the staff members (tired of waiting for the fried jalapeño the roll required) grabbed a pickled jalapeño, chopped it, and placed it on my sushi as if it were Mexican salsa. Once I got home, I realized the situation was even worse. I had ordered #128, but I was given only half of my order along with a bag from order #135. I immediately called the restaurant, only to encounter some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Instead of receiving an apology or a proper solution, I was simply told I could cancel my order or drive back to pick up the rest. Not once did anyone, including the manager acknowledge the mistake or offer even basic courtesy.
I truly hope upper management becomes aware of the level of service being provided at this location, because the experience I had is far from acceptable for any restaurant. Hopefully, this issue will be addressed soon so other customers don’t have to go through the same frustration.

We checked out El Sushi by Soya and it’s quickly becoming a favorite spot! The place has a trendy vibe and offers a variety of sushi both cooked and raw options, so there’s something for everyone. I really liked that they also have kid-friendly meal, chicken with French fries, which makes it easy to bring the whole family. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Excited to see this new spot grow, definitely worth a visit and the prices are absolutely phenomenal!

I’ve been here a few times before and usually had good experiences, which is why this was disappointing. I ordered a combo for pickup that included the dynamite salad. When I opened it, the salad was clearly spoiled, it had a bad smell, and the imitation crab had a green/blue discoloration. This was not wakame, the discoloration was on the crab itself.
I called to request a refund but was not believed and was asked to come back to show them. Even after I did, they insisted the salad was “perfectly fine” and dismissed the issue. I’m glad I didn’t eat it, as it could have made me sick. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return.

My wife and I recently visited El Sushi in Miami and we were blown away by their delicious food and affordable prices! It’s hard to find a spot that offers both great quality and value at the same time, but this place nails it. Most of their sushi, noodles, and fried rice options are $10 or under, making it a fantastic budget-friendly option without skimping on taste.
We tried the edamame tempura roll and dragon roll for sushi—both were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. For fried rice, we got the mixed version, and it was absolutely delicious with just the right blend of flavors. Everything about our experience was great; highly recommend if you’re craving affordable yet top-notch sushi in Miami!

Absolutely amazing experience! The sushi was so fresh and incredibly delicious! So yummy! Every bite tasted high quality and perfectly prepared. You can truly tell they care about their food and presentation.

Great service dvd great good like always. Jorge and Nayeli’s were great. I come from Palmetto Bay just to eat here . The first one d is always great and place super clean. Great value with great food and amazing service. Would give 10 stars and highly recommend.

It was our first time trying this sushi place we found online. The prices are reasonable and the food was delicious! Service was fast, we placed the order ourselves and we were not greeted by any of the staff when we came in and none of the staff that were behind the counter helped us. We did like the flavors and will definitely come back again! Overall we had a good first time experience.
