Normally get a pretty acceptable level of food quality from this location. However, I was given a burnt pizza and had to return it. The pizza in the picture is the replacement. Still hard and missing crust almost entirely on some slices. Overall bad experience. I hope this is not the level of quality I will get in the future.

Decided to check this one out. After the terrible experience at Holly Hill from Hell location. Went on the side to drive thru. Staff got everything down all went smooth. Pulled over and waited for just a short bit. Everything came tasty and hot. The place is not lit up. Dark on the back side of the building. Small waiting area inside. Small parking area on either side of building. The food was still warm making it back on the 30 minute ride.

I got their crazy bread and crazy crust pizza, the bread was not good, very bland and dry, and parts of it were very hard and stale, the pizza was okay, but the crust tasted awful, I’m not sure if there was a problem with the Parmesan they used on the crust or what but this is one of the only pizzas that I did not eat the crust. Papa John’s usually does much better than this

Place is garbage. They never get the order right. Every time I go in, different workers shows the place is not stable which makes sense. Please never order food at this location.

Wow. This is the worst I have ever had from this location, they are normally great with food prep. Went through drive thru. We order at 3:26pm no food at 3:58pm. My daughter had to go in to get the order. And they didn’t have the second item with it. And forgot the sauce. The Italian cheese bread was not done. Get home and EVERTHING was almost raw on the pizza,, the unbaked vegetables of mushrooms, onions, and black olives were just laying on the pizza. I have ordered numerous times before and never like this. Totally unacceptable. I had to rebake for 20 minutes at home jn the oven. Totally defeating pick up for home. I think this location is off my list and I always gave this one good reviews. Check the pizza before you leave the place.
