We love forward thinking and innovation so the modern touches we thought were cool.
I think the only improvement would be more instruction from the person who seated us would be very helpful. We didn’t know how to get the wasabi etc. so it can be a little confusing. And you don’t usually see another human but the customer next to us helped us out.
The sushi plates we thought were a bit on the high $$. So if your someone who can just pound down a lot of sushi, maybe not for you.
It was packed and lots of people waiting outside! That tells you something !!
We will be back and recommend to friends. ❤️
The beer I got tasted like the lines were clean, and was cold. The method of ordering from the screen and/or the belt without the restaurant having too many plates out at once is a good way to keep things fresh!
I really think their crab salad mix used as the base for most rolls could use less mayo. It overwhelms the other flavors too much for my taste. And in general I felt things were too mayonnaise heavy inside rolls and as sauces of top. If they could change up their recipes to be a little less mayonnaise heavy it would make it one of my favorite conveyer belt sushi spots in the area.
The dude upfront white guy with pony tail was a little sucky at his job.
After 20 mins I went to Pho Van and got served my food in less than 5 mins and it was amazing food! It’s the green shop – few doors down 10/10 food
This place was all kawaii but no substance or food lol
One of my favorite things is the robots—they make the service super fun and unique! It’s really cool how they deliver your order right to your table.
Definitely a place I recommend and will be coming back to! ✨
The service was what you would expect, with the cute robot, plates delivered to your table, and sushi on a conveyor.
The sushi itself was not all that good. Mostly because all of it was warm. This is especially noticeable in any nigiri, which are all sliced so thin as to almost be transparent. The heat ruins the flavor, texture, and experience.
We also order the Crispy Chicken. It was flavorless and on the edge of undercooked.
Really can’t say this is a good example of the hype we’ve heard around this style of eatery.
Wouldn’t likely return or recommend this location.
After you eat some upsetting chicken, they do have very nice toilets, though.
I have to say that the quality of the food was top notch! The servers were friendly & explained things thoroughly.
They had the fanciest restaurant bathroom I have ever been in! It had a Boudet, it dried your fanny & the seat was warm
We really enjoyed our time there. It was a little on the spendier side of a sushi bar restaurants I’ve been to. However, it was worth the experience.
Customer service is poor. Took longer than 5 minutes to even greet us and others waiting. 50% full seated. No eye contact or even a “hello, we will be with you shortly.” They need training. There is not even wait seating. We just stood there like dummies.
Vibe feels busy and loud.
Gimmicky robot that delivers your beverages.
Touchscreen ordering system and conveyor belt delivers food.
Interior looks great. Nice seating and clean.
We just came for “the experience”
We would never come again though. I wish all the best!
