Does Waffle House have atmosphere?! Always seems clean. Lots of workers today. They have sugar-free syrup. Waffles are good.

9/19/25 woke up hungry. Waffle House took care of it!

5/19/25 Hadn’t been in a while. 1:30 pm, so they weren’t busy . Plenty of employees. Got the usual: eggs, sausage, hash browns, toast, waffle. Asked for the hash browns to be well- done. They were perfectly cooked by Damion. Sugar- free syrup.

We expect the noise level to be like a diner. Actually, the customers are usually quiet. Today there was a regular employee we usually try to avoid. She’s not unfriendly per se, just curt. She’s also LOUD. Taking an order, talking to other employees, she’s just loud. Today she got on speaker phone with someone while standing behind the counter. We all heard the conversation. I think we could have been outside and heard her. Just doesn’t make for pleasant eating. She’s efficient, just loud and curt. Turn the volume down, at least.

8/18/25 granddaughters’ choice today. Good service. Food good, as usual.

During my holiday travels, I took a brief respite to enjoy a meal and had the distinct pleasure of being served by a remarkably professional and respectful gentleman named Kenneth. I was genuinely impressed by his demeanor and attentiveness. Without a doubt, I will make it a point to stop by again during my future travels if Kenneth is present. His exceptional service truly made a lasting impression.

Server was good, hispanic guy. Food took 30 minutes with 3 tables present. One white girl threw my food on the table. The other white girl didn’t know you honor military discounts then proceeded to tell me we could only get the discount on one meal. Older black woman corrected her. Poor service due to the white girls working in your establishment.

Dorrian greeted me with kindness as he came back in the dining after he was doing whatever it was. I told him about my past experiences about cooks who would burn my hashbrowns for my philly cheesesteak bowl. I dont know his name, but he is a white dude who always gets orders wrong from the waiters and he has been working there for at least a year or two. Im just suprised he still had a job there when I visited last month. Im giving a 5 star because my food was season and cooked very well! Keep Dorrian! This other dude needs to GO! Cooking is NOT his thing. I wished I knew his name. Oh, and my waiter was nice too.

I don’t know if my waitress was deaf or just didn’t want to hear what I was having to say I ordered my food and she really act like she was aggravated that I was even ordering. I said my order loudly probably four or five times. She then proceeded to call my order out wrong after repeating it over and over and I just got frustrated and said screw it. So I got the wrong food that I didn’t order in the first place and took it home and ate it and I won’t go back.

Every time I come here and Justin is working, it’s the slowest and most inefficient process. How is he a manager anywhere. The cooks can keep up but he walks around with all the tickets, talking with crew. He has a handful of tickets to call. What happened with the waitresses calling tickets and managers overwatching entire operation. I don’t think he could manage a kindergarten cake cutting.

If you’re speaking of the server keke who manages to make every customer including myself feel special, welcomed and valued
when visiting this Waffle House . it seems you had nothing better to when you decided to leave your review on her . Keke Is one of the best servers who does it all with a Smile .
Maybe you should be a little less bitter and if 75 cents Is all you had im sure everyone’s experience and yours be a little nicer if you keep it in ya pocket next time . It’s a picture below of her star on their wall expressing everyone’s gratitude for her , so take notice and have a blessed one
