It’s so frustrating when you place a mobile order and take the time to make specific requests—like no salt on the fries or paying extra for sauce—only to not get what you asked for. This is my second mobile order in just two weeks with the same issue, and it never used to be a problem. Some of the staff are very nice, and I’ve noticed the day shift seems much happier and more helpful than the night shift. Also, my nuggets had salt all over them and I don’t understand how that happens..

We tried out the new breakfast. It’s pretty good. Very comparable to all the other fast food restaurants breakfast. The employees at this Wendy’s are always very polite and friendly. The inside was recently renovated and they have a nice outside area as well. Nice place to have a quick meal.
One note is the bacon breakfast burger really needs lettuce and tomatoe. See the pictures!

This is disappointing. I went with my husband to buy a classic chicken burger and this burger didn’t come with anything, just a piece of tomato when it clearly says on the menu that they come with pickles, lettuce, mayonnaise, onion and tomato. It almost arrived and I found myself completely dry. I had to add mayonnaise and ketchup because it’s full, I’m dry. I hope that the next time I go I can have my food as the menu says.

Last night I ordered a big bacon classic meal, I asked for a single with no onions. When I got home I realized it was a double with onions on it, I was like ok not a big deal I can just take the onions and one of the patties off. I was eating the fries on my ride home, when I made it home and sat down at my table I poured the rest of the fries on the burger paper and a piece of hair fell out with it!!! At this point I was so disgusted that I didn’t want to eat any of it any more. I was going to let it go but than when I checked my receipt I realized the drive through worker didn’t even ring my order up as I asked. I called and spoke with the manager on duty she offered to replace my meal. Honestly after seeing the hair I’m too turned off from even eating there again. Please check all your food before eating. If they put your receipt in the bag instead of giving it back to you with the card check that too!!!

After giving the cashier an exact note and then two more orders after what was on the note, I was missing practically an entire meal. I had to go inside of the building several times in order to fix one order only for the other to be totally missing.

Was NOT able to complete my order because I was refused service at drive-thru on my licensed Scooter vehicle! I was NOT on foot, I was DRIVING my 2 wheeled motorized legal Moped class vehicle! I have had no problems before, EVER! I have 15yrs experience with CSR with many various companies, and did not appreciate being treated like a child! No worries, I have already filed a complaint with Corporate! If my complaint cannot be satisfied, then will be seeking legal council! Mind you, outside of my experience last night, I have always been quite satisfied with food and service!
