This is THE BEST store! I have come into this store every night for two years and in the beginning it was ran by a bunch of kids with no meat. But ever since Eric came here it got better. The food is way better I always have excellent service. He keeps up on everything. And everyone. Eric, trinity, Derick, William and the younger ones that I don’t know their names are always polite, helpful and attentive. I just hope it don’t go back to the way it was. But with Eric there I know it wont.

Just recently visited this location as a delivery driver, I would highly recommend never giving your business to this location. The employees seem to be more worried about watching TV than actually paying attention to customers and anytime I go into a place of business and I feel like I’m going to visit someone in prison I always stay away

If I could, I would give this place a 0 rating. I went there a moment ago, the wait was very long and to top it off, it wasn’t what I ordered. To start, I ordered 2 regular cheese pizzas and some regular high ones… the cashier decided to write me down 2 different pizzas and when I paid and saw that it was a lot, I said ok, I’ll accept them so I can get out of there quickly. But the surprise was that the delay was enormous and when I got home and my children were already anxiously waiting for their pizza, well, the pizza that they supposedly charged me for having cheese on the side had absolutely no cheese I paid for a side of bread that my children normally don’t eat. I will definitely never go back to that place EVER apart from witnessing that they had delivered an order from one person to another and that’s all they said to the lady and she didn’t give her any solution. The lady had already been there waiting for more than 15 minutes and in the end she only said: Your order has already been delivered to someone else because you are not here. and he left gtf ♀️

Ordered a pretzel crust for pickup. Came and picked it up. Took it home and opened the box and it was not pretzel crust. If they would’ve just told me they were out or something when I arrived I’d be fine with it. But the lack of transparency is meh imo.

The food was actually really good this time for it being so late. But the service is still very unpleasant I asked if they had a certain item and was told no but yet the item was right next to me in a rack and I’m sure the only reason that I was told no was because of the work that was going to have to be done in order to retrieve the item. I wouldn’t feel that way if the person didn’t look directly at the item and it’s location then proceed to say no.

Honestly I go here when theres no dinner snd no one feels like cooking, they always mess up my order and they’re all so unprofessional its frustrating I hate it so much dont go here unless its the only food place you can afford. The wait time is more then horrible they dont even seem to be well organized either what a awful experience it is to go here
