My son and I really enjoyed our meals, he had a double baconator and I had a Wendys double burger. Both were meal combos, with large frostys added on. (love them frostys) came to 34 bucks, was very pleased. (If I was Culver’s , I would feel a bit nervous!)

I hate to even leave a review like this because I know food service is tough and things happen, but this was just way too much. I used mobile ordering to save time, and it still took over 30 minutes to get my food. After waiting in the drive-thru, I was told to pull aside, then watched the car behind me get their order first. My food was even almost handed to the wrong car—thankfully the worker caught it.

What makes it worse is it feels like asking customers to pull aside is just a way to keep the system from tracking how long the wait really is. Honestly, I’d rather sit in line and know the time is being recorded than feel like I was just moved out of the way so the numbers look better.

And lately it seems to be getting worse—you get poor service, a long wait, and then nothing to make it right. Not even something small like a free Frosty. At the end, the worker did apologize for the wait, and I appreciate that, but honestly what does that really do? At the end of the day, it’s still my time wasted and a really frustrating experience.

Went to wendys last night for dinner at 6:48 pm. I ordered the classic chicken combo, a Dave’s double combo and a double stack biggie bag and asked for the chicken to be fresh they said yes. However, when i got my order the chicken was hard dry and old. The chicken nuggets were cold. They don’t even fill their pops all the way. The sandwiches and nuggets were crammed into a tiny bag.

Ordered the 2 for $7 with 10pc spicy nuggets and spicy chicken. Added a Dave’s double and 2 large fries. Got back to room to eat and noticed towards the end of the sandwich, that a long stringy piece of hair was in my burger. I was so disgusted that threw up. I would NEVER eat at that Wendy’s again if im ever in Ludington. The only reason why it gets 2 stars was because the front counter lady was nice and courteous.

Just me in the line and I got told to go to a parking spot and wait..? Is all you guys hire is meth heads? Nobody even has teeth working here. My breakfast tastes like it was cooked an hour ago. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but some places you gotta.

I’ve always rather liked Wendy’s food. I’m a little disappointed that the salads are over $7 and a burger and fries costs the same or less. If the salads were twice the size, maybe the price would be more worth it to me. On the plus side, the flavor is excellent.

I’m a door dash driver and we have to wait in long line for orders. The customer pays extra for this service.

SOLUTION: Do curbside pick-up for Door Dash drivers.

Also, large orders are crammed into 1 bag, the bag is so full the top won’t close!

EASY SOLUTION: put the order in 2 bags

3 stars for night shift because they do an AWESOME job!

To go along with the spooky theme, there were crows that appeared to be paid actors at this location in the parking lot . (I know this wasn’t intentional but made the atmosphere an A+) Food was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly.

We had an issue with the cashier not getting are order right, we wanted the 2 jbc cheese burger meal, she put the jbc biggy bag. We asked her if that was the meal with 2 sandwiches she said yes. We did get one other biggy bag. When the food came out it was 2 biggy bags, only 2 sandwiches we asked were the 3rd sandwiches were and the workers were rude/ disrespectful. We were never given the correct meal and the manger or who ever was training the girl at the register was very rude to not only us, but the girls that were being trained.
