Managers dont know how to train anybody she walked around ignoring the girl not knowing what she was doin they put the wrong order on the screen so it was actually more than what we had to pay on top of the fact that we had to wait 20 min and they couldn’t even get the order right i got a medium coke first it went to an orange juice to a small coke to a medium coke and as were leaving the person trying to order behind us was trying to give her order was yelled at by the girl telling her shes trying to take her order please ethire shut this location or hirer better staff cause 1 person in line with a simple order should not take this long or be this difficult

ive had breakfast and lunch at this bk many times and the staff is very nice (don’t listen to these other reviews) and my order is correct 99% of the time but if it’s not they correct it. newsflash: the human race is not perfect and errors can and will occur ANYWHERE you go…

The cinnamon minis are supposed to have frosting on them. They didn’t have frosting at all. They were plain, and I asked for frosting. The soda was supposed to be a large. They gave me a medium, and I forgot to put my fries in the bag.

I clearly stated no cheese twice during my order, but was still charged for and given cheese. Not a big deal. The bacon cheesy tots were cold and hard, the soda machine was out of almost everything, and the friendly front staff were overshadowed by the LOUD profanities coming from the kitchen staff.

I got breakfast here a few times. Not bad at all. Has browns were good, croissanwich was good. I’m leaving a review to say whoever bagged those ice cold, stale French toast sticks should be excommunicated from the great city of pittston. Other than that, nothing to complain about. Seething in abysmal anger about the French toast sticks though, but professionals don’t let emotions get the best of their star rating of dining locations. The rest was quite serviceable.

Atrocious service! The heavy set female employee (I think she may have been a manager) working September 3rd around 5PM was extremely belligerent, rude, nasty, and incompetent. First, I was given two ice cold burgers. I brought them back and politely asked for two new hot burgers. But the heavy set female employee/possible manager in question only made one burger which was left up on a shelf, because she misheard her co-worker say 2 burgers and thought he said only 1 burger. So I decided to just politely request my money back. I was met with instant hostility, and was accused of being intoxicated when that couldn’t be further from the truth (I don’t drink). She then tried scamming me out of money (she only gave me back $1), until I told her about it and had to demand the correct amount back. I have gone to this Burger King many times before and never had a problem until today. I will never be back, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here unless they want to deal with ice cold food, disgustingly rude attitudes, slanderously false accusations, and employees attempting to scam them out of their hard earned money.
