Standouts were the lohei and the whelk and fish maw soup, both exceptional in depth and balance. The amadai, with its crisp skin, was elevated by a savoury, aromatic sauce with a subtle curry note, keeping it interesting even for someone who has had the dish elsewhere.
Not everything landed perfectly. The truffle mushroom rice leaned a little too sweet for my palate. Still, the overall execution and creativity were impressive. You can tell the kitchen is pushing boundaries with intent.
At about $320 per person after taxes and service, it is expensive, but for the quality and distinctiveness, worth it. A meal to remember.
We started with the appetiser platter, all four items were excellent, thoughtfully prepared and full of flavour.
We had dishes include the roast duck and the BBQ Jamón char siew – rich, smoky and very satisfying (the non typical char siew).
The standout for me was the wok-fried angel hair with live prawns and peppercorn. Fragrant, punchy, and perfectly done.
A lovely spot for a special meal or a refined Chinese dining experience.
You can request for complimentary parking coupon if you drove.
Service was warm, attentive, and highly professional throughout, making the entire dining experience feel polished yet welcoming. A consistently reliable choice for fine Chinese dining, whether for business entertaining or a special family celebration.
We started with the traditional celebrative Chinese salad, the classic yu sheng, and it was everything you would expect from premium Chinese cuisine. The ingredients were impeccably fresh, beautifully cut, and thoughtfully balanced. Tossing it together while exchanging good wishes felt both joyful and intimate, especially in such an elegant setting.
The lobster that followed was equally satisfying — perfectly cooked, tender and sweet, with ginger and garlic flavors that enhanced rather than overwhelmed its natural freshness. The crab noodles were rich and comforting, generously coated in a fragrant sauce that carried deep seafood essence without being heavy. It was indulgent in the right way, celebratory but still refined. A pleasant surprise was the lotus salad — crisp and refreshing. It provided a wonderful contrast to the richer dishes, showing the kitchen’s attention to balance and texture. Even in a festive menu, there was restraint and finesse.
Overall, everything met expectations — and at this level, expectations are high. The cuisine here is unmistakably premium Chinese dining: polished execution, quality ingredients, and classical flavors presented with confidence.
What truly stood out, however, was the service. The team was attentive without ever being intrusive. Every detail was quietly anticipated — plates changed seamlessly, dishes explained with clarity, tea refilled before we even noticed it was low. For a small reunion dinner of just three people, they made us feel just as important as a large celebrative banquet. That attentiveness elevated the entire evening.
It was a beautifully handled Chinese New Year gathering — intimate, gracious, and satisfying. We left feeling well cared for, well fed, and genuinely appreciated. And for a reunion dinner, that’s exactly what matters most.
We ordered a variety of dishes, and every single one was delicious:
• Peking Duck ($90): Perfectly roasted with crispy skin.
• Deep-fried Prawns with Mango and Yuzu ($32): Very refreshing with a nice citrus tang.
• Caramelised Applewood Smoked Jamón Iberico Pork Belly ($42): THIS IS A MUST-TRY! The smoky aroma hits you immediately, and the meat literally melts in your mouth. Hands down the highlight of the meal.
The desserts were not only tasty but a visual treat. They put a lot of effort into the presentation, using dry ice for a stunning “wow” effect. We tried:
• Lychee Oolong Ice Cream with Chrysanthemum Jelly ($18): Very refreshing and floral.
• Chilled Mango Purée with Coconut Kaffir Lime Sorbet ($18).
• Pink Guava Sago in a Dragon Fruit Bowl ($18): Beautifully served and very unique.
The service was excellent. The staff were very attentive, ensuring our teapot was always filled and checking in on us at the right times.
Overall, a fantastic experience. I will definitely be back again for sure!
Visited Peach Blossoms today to celebrate my 39th birthday, and it was an absolutely memorable experience. The food was exquisite and delicious — every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented.
The service was fantastic from start to finish. A special shoutout to Vincent, who served us exceptionally well. It’s very clear that he is passionate about his job. Despite being busy, he still took the effort to guide his younger colleagues who seemed to be going through OJT. His professionalism and leadership really stood out — he truly deserves a promotion!
Thank you to the team at Peach Blossoms for making my birthday celebration such a wonderful one. Highly recommended!
Signature cigar roll and crispy scale marble goby both taste good, highly recommended
The other dishes tasted normal only, especially the crab claw with flat noodle is rather disappointing in taste. Most dishes are highly overpriced.
The waiting time between certain dishes can be long, staffs are friendly though.
Nice place to try for their fancy presentation, but unlikely to visit again near future
