•A great option to grab some delicious sandwich and coffee during long travels.
•Their salad was also fresh and delicious.
A bit pricey though.
•Coffee was good too, perfect for a cold snowy day.
•Staff quickly served the orders.

I wanted to give a five star. Here are the pros:

Clean, healthy alternatives, friendly staff. I liked the options they offered.

My one issue is the hummus isn’t just hummus. I understand that shelf life of hummus isn’t a long time, but maybe disclose it’s a “mix” I don’t want to say what I thought it was because I didn’t make it. The salad itself was good.

Rest stops are going to have a mark up with prices regardless of what you get. I felt it was a tiny bit of a switch around from what I thought I was getting. The quality overall is there and I appreciated that.

As a dedicated Pret fan, this is the easiest one for me to get to in the PHL area. Sadly they closed the one in center city, and the others are either at 30th Street station or in the universities.

This Pret is usually well stocked, has plenty of vegan options, and the service is quick. Downside is that it is in a noisy and crowded rest stop (usually clean though!), and the line to check out can get very long.

Horrible experience at this Pret a Manger location (& i typicallyrave about this franchise). The woman who took our order (who said her name was Maria when i asked) was rude and overcharged me for tint expresso coffees. The coffee was freezing cold and when I tried to explain that she mixed up the order she proceeded to remake my expressos and direct me to the back where the milk was , leading to freezing cold coffee. No body at this location wanted to work. From the moment we arrived, the presence of me and my kids seemed to bother them. NEVER AGAIN. especially for $23.00. I am so upset at my experience I will be calling corporate office. Do not work in the service industry if you don’t like people!!!! Disgusted.

Our default pit stop . Pret a manger was so crowded . So many people buying their sandwiches and drink. We liked the sandwich but the coffee wasnt that good ..

Love this rest area. Clean .. they follow covid guidelines. Most of our fav restaurants and coffee shop here . Lots and lots of car parking available . Tesla charging stations available . Well maintained washrooms. Only issue is the wait time in all the food places here . Takes for ever to buy a coffee and come back . If not for the wait time , this place is awesome

Stopped at the Delaware rest stop on my way to Washington, DC and grabbed a ham and cheese baguette, almond croissant, and a dark roast coffee. I was genuinely surprised at how fresh and delicious everything was, so much so that I made a point to stop again on the way back!

The baguette was perfect, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with just the right amount of ham, cheese, greens, and a flavorful mustard/mayo dressing. The almond croissant was warm, buttery, and had the perfect amount of almond paste.

The dark roast coffee on my first visit wasn’t great, it tasted like it had been sitting out too long. On my return trip, I tried the regular coffee (which I was told is their most popular), and it was much better.

Service was excellent both times, and I’m already looking forward to trying more of their offerings—especially the salads, which looked fantastic!

Returning from New Jersey we made a stop at Delaware House Plaza to get sandwiches at Pret A Manager . Shame the skinny sandwiches are no longer available…economical and great to eat. We got the BLT and a vanilla latte. Delicious even cold.

I would leave a 0 stars review if I could. Coffee is horrible; no exaggeration. Made my coffee wrong the first time and then the second time it was even worse with the addition of a lovely hair. Can’t speak about the food but, the coffee horrendous. Would not recommend

There is a major backup both ways on 95 so the rest stop is packed. The other restaurants’ workers look demoralized by the crowd but not here. Here they are working fast and super friendly. The food is good. Highly recommend them
