Recently remodeled to a “no cashier” layout. Of course you can just ring the bell for someone to take your order if you wish. Service is a little on the slow side, but not unacceptable. The food taste like burger king. Overall atmosphere gives the impression of a generic waiting room, as most “modern” remodels of any business.

I’ve been to this Burger King twice recently, and both times multiple items were missing from my order. On top of that, the wait time for food was extremely long. What made it more frustrating was seeing about four people standing in the back instead of working. If everyone had been helping, it would have been much quicker. Very disappointing experience overall. I like the remodel but they need to remodel the employees

Took them 5 minutes to give me 3 “shakes” with a full crew and no line, or other customers. $12 for 3 undrinkable shakes at that. Should be paid less than minimum wage for that bare minimum work ethic and service. So thick they didn’t even bother to give us straws. Pathetic at best.

Even though I placed a online pick up order, I still ended up waiting 25 minutes. They are extremely understaffed for how busy the location is. They had to stop taking orders for awhile just to try and catch back up from people already waiting forever. No one was available to take orders at the counter and many customers were getting upset waiting 20 minutes just to place a order. Food was prepared incorrectly and served cold (onion rings and fries were ice cold) paid for a spongebob kids meal, but didnt receive a toy or the “special burger” they advertise. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

So I went to BK in Cortland, NY. Was rhe worst experience at a BK ever. I ordered a whopper jr no pickle, sprite, onion rings and jalapeño bites. The only thing they got right was rhe soda. In the bag I got was a whopper and fries. I drove back to BK to showed them and they acted pissed at me. They grabbed the fries out of the bag and replaced it with cold onion rings. Dropped jalapeño bites to cook so has to wait for them. Again no were so sorry or anything, just angry stairs. So we get home and pickles on my burger. Never again.

Good employee, and service. However, I ordered double whopper (number 2) but I got only one patty. I live 30min away from the store. When I arrived at home and check my burger, burger had only one patty in it. Is this your way of saving money? Or is it just one time mistake?

Always backed up/behind on orders, chaotic, disorganized, slow & terrible customer service. The so-called Manager Meeka is rude, snotty & entirely unprofessional. Recommended any other fast food establishment, avoid this one whenever possible.

It is nice inside.
Took a long time to get our food.
Lettuce on the sandwiches was nasty looking, and pretty sparse. No pickles even though we ✅ that on the kiosk.
Didnt get a cup for my drink; had to wait for someone to come out to ask for it.
Coke had a weird taste; I think they had it dispensing diet (yuck). And little or no carbonation.
Fish sandwich and onion rings left an after taste. Onion rings excessively soggy.

The remodel took away one of the only things making this better then other places, the people. You hid them in the back and made it so it’s not customer service it’s a screen and people hiding behind a wall. They continually have products not available so when you order them they then try to replace in drive thru with something that cost less. This issue has gone on for over a week and yet you are still able to order on kiosk and mobile app.
