This is the best deli/ bakery I’ve ever had. My family is from NY, as well as my partner and we now live in Florida. Came down to visit family and we will be stopping in every time we visit. 10 out of 10 experience.

Major inconsistencies for the last couple years. I used to show up at their “opening” time according to their website to find they didn’t even have the lights on inside. Certain menu items such as the tacos can only be ordered when the chef decides he’s willing to make them. I have been told multiple times they aren’t making them yet at 12:30pm when they closed at 2pm. I have also ordered them at 11am and had no issues. Their jalapeño cheddar cream cheese is incredibly bitter, not in a sharp cheddar kinda way. My regular order consistently is missing items, in particular the pepper jack cheese that I pay extra for and almost never receive. Overall the food is good but the inconsistency ruins most trips here. You can tell the staff are overworked and don’t care about basic aspects of their job. I have ordered dozens of bagels there and am constantly missing one or two from there dozen (which is 14 bagels). This would be an amazing place if they had enough employees that aren’t burnt out from being overworked due to clearly not having enough staff.

We love a&b for their delicious bagels, breakfast sandwiches and lunch options. We used their catering for a family birthday party this weekend and it did not disappoint!
Delicious meatballs, sausage and peppers, penne à la vodka, decent salads and chicken tenders!
Kids and adults alike loved it! Was really pleased with everything and Highly recommend!

Went here with my family. Usually a good spot to grab bagels and breakfast sandwiches on a Sunday. This day though has completely turned me away from them for good. The women at the counter were not friendly at all. The one who took our order was extremely rude to me and my wife when asking what bagels they had available. We put our order in waited for a normal amount of time for a Sunday. But we’re pushed aside multiple times for other customers while trying to grab our food. After receiving our food and heading home it was realized that the order was completely wrong and they have me a sandwich with egg and I am allergic to eggs! I specifically asked for no egg sighting an allergy and they obviously did not pay attention. I dont think I will return to this place again .

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and they have consistently had the best bagels; however, I placed an order (4 days in advance) for 5 dozen bagels sliced. I got there this morning to pick them up and they did not have them ready and started throwing bagels in the bags unsliced. I only ordered them in advance because I asked the week prior if I should and they said “yeah, it would be nice to give us some notice.” I paid for these in advance and was told the amount of cream cheese and butter to buy yet they still, as I picked up the bagels told me what I got was not enough.
Not sure if it’s new management or not, but there has been a noticeable decline in customer service, etc. in the last few months.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experiences here. I stopped in the other day to grab some coffee and a bagel. I have been back 3 days in a row. The freshest bagels, my favorite is garlic. The staff was very friendly and quick with service. I was in and out in no time. Thank you guys!

3.5 star taylor egg and cheese. Bagel was fresh/ soft even in the afternoon around 2p. The rolls are soft too. A small sandwich though, only 2 pieces of taylor, forgot to order double egg which I should have. French toast bagel with raisin walnut cream cheese was delicious (poor job spreading the cream cheese). I’d come back here, definitely better than a few other nearby spots.

I’m absolutely done with this place forever. They changed their whole crew. I was due $1.53 in change and was only given $1.50. I’m not nitpicking the 3 pennies as much as I am the principle of it. Your prices went up considerably. I would understand if the cashier asked if I wanted the 3 pennies. But don’t assume I don’t. People choose to give you business, don’t take people’s money that your not entitled too.
Never spending money here again. It’s gone WAY down hill.

I don’t know how else to make it clearer when I say VERY LITTLE CREAM CHEESE. I honestly don’t know why I keep coming back.
Really annoyed as this happens a lot. I’m fairly regular. I order a everything bagel with just a little bit of cream cheese. I emphasize the little bit of cream cheese. I even say just on one side.
More times than not I end up with gobs and gobs of cream cheese.
Rating will go up when order can be consistently paid attention to.
To be fair, I really like their other food, their bagels are top notch, but attention to details on orders is important.

I have to say that the bagels are among the best in the area. Deli sandwiches are excellent. BUT: the place is understaffed, the customers wait in line for a long time to be served, and too much attention is paid to the telephone rather than the customers that are in front of them at the counter. What would solve some of that, in my opinion as a business owner myself, would be to have ONE person designated to aswering the phone and giving better attention to the customers in line waiting to place orders.
