Happy about the new management to Waynesville Zaxby’s! Holly is a great one! Came in to pick up and order. Man was friendly, inside was clean and inviting, and the smell of the food was so good! They will always be a favorite with wings for me.

Most Zaxby’s are great, but not the one in Waynesville, NC. Although overall it appeared they were staffed ok, only 1 taking orders for most of the visit. She also was the only one notifying people food was ready. About 4 people ordered before us and food sat in the window ready through all the ordering. Finally someone else was called up to make milkshakes and the cashier stopped during our ordering to give out food before we could ask for our receipt and drink cups. Twentyfive minutes later our food had been sitting in the window five minutes or more before we went up to ask. Then they looked at the slips and called us up.

Visiting this area and decided to grab a quick meal. I should have checked the container before leaving. I can’t believe Zaxby’s charges over $9 for ten of these very small, over-cooked boneless wings. The fries were decent. The service was okay, but far from great. We may never eat at Zaxby’s again.

Yesterday I came through around 4pm ish and my food was ready quickly it was fresh and absolutely delicious when I ate it along with the front cashier cathey being so sweet and smiley! I had a great experience and will be back very soon!!
