It wasn’t super busy. I didn’t see how many staff they had, but saw at least 3 people there (most likely more?).
I used the drive thru and the crew was kinda grumpy and seemed distracted, but not the end of the world. I ordered and was behind 1 other car. After an initial 5 minute wait, I was pulled around to the front to wait and it took about 25 minutes to get my food.
I had ordered and paid for 4 chicken sandwiches with large fries and drink. We did recieve the sandwiches and drinks but had only recieved 3 fries and they were small, not large. The fries were refrigerator cold in the middle, which means they were not cooked through all the way in the frier.
Between the wait, the missing fries, the rest of my fries being small, and my fries not being cooked all the way I’m pretty disappointed. The wait times and staff have been getting worse, so this is the last straw for me. I won’t be coming back.

Yesterday I picked up a A1 combo The lady said OK are you all right with a five minute wait will you make these fresh per order and then I get up to the window and take your hand me my burger and says looks like we had one ready to go. I already had my bad thoughts on that so I eat it outside while they make fresh fries because they were pretty bad and after I finish my food, a few hours goes by stomach hurts to hurt really bad and it gets really bloated And then I start keeping a bunch and shitting on day two I am still shitting water but the puking stopped around 4am. In the drive thru they told us a 30 minute wait on chicken, then were rude when we said we would wait for the chicken. We placed our order and then were told that we could only use 1 coupon per transaction. So we went back thru to place a second order with a separate card as we were splitting the purchase anyways. Alondra at the window was extremely rude to us the second time. Walked away from the window after she started to reach for my card and coupon. Came back and snatched the card and coupon from my hand. Assuming she walked off to get manager approval. No words were said. Taking the coupon applied that it would have been accepted. The gentleman Houston, handed us our food and was very bubbly and pleasant. 5 stars for him. After getting home and checking the receipts, one of the coupons was not used. I made a phone call to speak with a manager, I explained the situation and she placed me on hold where the GM Diane picked up the line. I explained the situation and she rudely stated that the rules were 1 coupon, per transaction, per person, per day, per car load. I stated that that is not what is written on the coupons and that had that been the case, my coupon should not have been taken from me and implied that it was used. Her response was for us to bring the food back for her to fix the transaction and said that those are her stores rules.

I went to this KFC drive thru for a typical dinner. At the window there computer crashed so I reordered our meal,no big deal. They asked me to pull around to the front and they would bring out the order. After 15 minutes of waiting I went inside and no one looked happy to see me, I asked if my order was ready after reminding them that we had been waiting. I could hear them talking in the kitchen about my order being an inconvenience because mine wasn’t ready yet. They told the counterperson to tell me I needed to wait until it was ready. I really put them out my making my order next. Needless to say I was discouraged about dinner and the food was not good. Hopefully if you like this store that you don’t get treated this way.

Drive thru ordered a Root beer Freeze tonight with my order, was the 4th thing I ordered. Apparently, cashier Rebbecca did not hear me say that. Was handed food, I ask where the Freeze was, she told me I did not order a freeze, BS! I did order a freeze. Had to charge me for a freeze, she stormed off all pissy to go and make the freeze. Didn’t talk to me when she finally handed my drink. She definitely needs more training or gets sacked for how I was treated tonight.

Disappointed after ordering a 5 nugget kids meal . When I got the meal home for my grandson to eat it was cold with only 3 nuggets and a sliver piece of nugget and 1/3 piece of nugget. I immediately called KFC and was told I could drive back to them and they would replace the 2 nuggets or I can get a complaint number to the owner. I replied that I want all the nuggets replaced and cooked fresh. When I got back to KFC to return the nuggets for new nuggets , I was treated poorly and felt disrespected by the worker that rudely handed me the replaced nuggets . Also the mash potatoes & gravy had corn in them and was the most dry they’ve ever been .My advise to others Check your nuggets before driving off….

This has to be the worst KFC in the State of Oregon. I’ve been here in the span of a few months this year and they always seem to have a problem when I get there. They always seem to not have any white meat chicken available especially being so close to dinner time and said it would be a 20-minute wait until a fresh batch is ready. Sometimes they are out of original recipe chicken. Today they were out of Chicken Pot Pies. Past few times I’ve been here, I paid $100 bucks for my family, which is heinously overpriced! I don’t understand why this KFC is underperforming all the dang time and it honestly sucks. If it weren’t paired with an A&W maybe it would perform better, maybe if they hired actual people who cared maybe they would have fresh chicken at the ready. KFC Corporate definitely needs to help this location out.
