So..I wouldn’t say the service is necessarily poor. New employees every other week I’m in here as I usually have this as a weekend treat. Most of the employees try from what it seems. I was greeted with a “welcome” by 2 employees right away. It really just seems like whoever is in charge needs to be fired…
I’ve tried to love this location SO MANY TIMES.
The last time I was here a couple weeks ago, the employee literally COUNTED OUT each piece of shrimp and orange chicken I was getting. It became so awkward. Today it felt like they were doing similar with the meats. Sure they gave me good portions of noodles and rice, which I appreciated. However, I would appreciate a decent scoop of meats for once vs giving me as little shrimp and chicken as possible. Trying to make it look mountain shaped doesn’t mean it’s a fair amount of meat. Plus the meats never have that saucy taste, it’s almost always dry anyways so… And the shrimp, it’s like they’re using the smallest walnuts in the land in addition to being dry.
Overall, quite disappointing here. I don’t think it’s the front end employees necessarily. I think upper management just doesn’t give a shit and with this economy, I wish you luck.
I ordered $63 worth of food for my family and friends, and I’m very disappointed with what I received. The food arrived cold, and the order was incorrect. I ordered 12 wontons but only received 3. I also ordered 2 orange chicken and 1 honey sesame, but received 2 honey sesame and only 1 orange chicken instead.
When I called the restaurant, I was told that nothing could be done until the manager is in tomorrow, or that I could drive to the restaurant to correct the order. I paid extra for delivery for the convenience, and now I’m being asked to drive to fix their mistake. That’s completely unfair.
I work very hard for my money, and I expect to receive the food I paid for and in the condition it should be delivered in. I’m extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the response I received.
This is absolutely unacceptable!
They used to have a very varied selection. Now it seems they don’t. I don’t like my food to be spicy. More than half of the selections were spicy. I really wanted something beef and something chicken. I end d up getting orange chicken and mushroom chicken. I specifically asked about the orange chicken and if it was spicy. And I was told no. Well that was not the case. They have the new orange chicken which is spicy and then they have the regular or the classic chicken which I was told was not spicy not true. The chicken mushroom was kind of bland. I hit or miss on that I guess. Also the orange chicken tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. It was not fresh.
The food wasn’t horrible or maybe it was that I was just hungry. But you could tell that it was old and been sitting.
Out of state and this was a great experience will definitely come back
