Love this Panda Express in Huntersville! The food is always fresh and delicious — we come here or order from them at least once or twice a week. JOI OR JOY WAS SO HELPFUL, courteous AND KIND. SHE WAS WELCOMING AND KIND. MY HARD OF HEARING FRIEND AND I WENT THERE BEFORE GOING TO A MOVIE AND SHE MADE THE EXPERIENCE FEEL LIKE WE WERE EATING AT A MICHELIN TEIR RESTAURANT!…i did see a baby roach by the trash can initially but the second time i went (giftcard) i didn’t see anything. I ordered this location through DoorDash and never in my life have I seen a Panda Express with this low quality food!!!!! The walnut shrimp was mushy and the batter was falling off the shrimp! The chicken teriyaki had no teriyaki sauce, tasted old, and was shredded so bad like literal pieces and mainly fat! The rice was hard and a joke. This has made me so mad and a waste of my time and money. Don’t visit this place! I would give them a Negative 5!!!

August 8 2022 update. Lost two stars
Ordered a two protein plate; walnut shrimp and orange chicken with noodles. The noodles were very gummy. Not cooked properly.
Walnut shrimp actually contained only one piece of walnut. LOL. Shrimp had little to no flavor.
Orange chicken was super sour. Strong flavor just not what was expected.
Not sure it is worth trying again.
2020 original review….They are Covid ready with a remote ordering table with preset menu. Quickly take your order. They struggle with cash. Easy with any other form of payment.

Panda express, consistent quality as always. Better than most of these family own restaurants that have questionable health code. Hard to have an affordable hot meal anymore and Panada can still provide that. No complains

I want to start by saying I haven’t been to a Panda express in years! I gave this a try and I’m not disappointed! The employees where very happy to help and suggest items! Becca took my order and was very nice and helpful! Even checking out I was greeted with a smile from Mirian! The food is definitely a win for lunch and I’ll have plenty leftovers for dinner! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!
