The shake looks like it had been sitting there for an hour. Barely any whip cream. Hardly a presentable shake. Not the first time I’ve had issues with them as well. I would recommend not going here ever. It’s unfortunate Prairie Grove doesn’t have many food/drink choices. Make your own shakes at home if you can. Their corporate office has already been contacted as well.

Ordered a medium pickle fry, wacky pack and a large coke. Waited 10 minutes after ordering ahead in the app. I didn’t get a full order of fries, they only gave me about 8 fries.

Ordered the new “Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich” it came quick and the staff was good. However it had more sauce than meat. The pictures speak for themselves. Sad that they apparently have no oversight on what the employees are putting out to their customers. I understand it’s mostly high school kids working but who gets held accountable? This location is trash and has been for a long time but it’s the only “fast food” in town. They are making you look bad SONIC and you should take care of it… all I can do is complain along with the countless others.

Last week I ordered a triple smasher hamburger. The price with tax was 6.73. just charged 8.83 and the patty was razor thin. Guess I am not going to Sonic any more.

This review is in two parts.
First, regarding the local carhops and staff: they consistently go above and beyond. Every visit, their service is exceptional and far exceeds expectations. Local customer service and food service both deserve a full 5 out of 5 stars.

However, my concern is with Sonic as a company. What was once a place known for good value has shifted toward a disappointing trend, being charged extra for basic condiments, and even then, it’s inconsistent whether those items are actually in the bag when you get home. Additionally, the change to the drink discount system (removing 1/2 drinks all day in the app), now tied to the rewards program instead of being app-wide, removes a key reason I used to choose Sonic over other options.

Corporate decision-making seems to be eroding customer value, and it’s starting to feel like every little thing is being monetized. If this trend continues, I wouldn’t be surprised to see even the complimentary mint come with a price tag.

So I come here a lot cause I live locally, but today I order a burger with bacon. And its like almost a dollar more to add it. Got home and no bacon, so while I usually get good service here this time its hard to overlook.
Also didn’t help the patty was cracked and falling apart so it was really disappointing work.

It’s sonic. It seems they can get a order correct. Update: still can’t get an order correct, and the female manager needs lessons in customer service.. 8/21/23 this is suppose to be no lettuce and no pickles…..

Nothing like coming home with burnt chicken strips from Sonic. My chicken strips were way overcooked and on the verge of just burnt. They should’ve been thrown away and a new batch started. Sonic used to have one of the best chicken strip dinners in the country, not anymore. I will probably venture to the Farmington Sonic before I go back to Prairie Grove again. That’s if I decide to eat Sonic again. The service was very speedy not sure how they burnt the chicken so fast?

I keep trying Sonic hoping each time that the food gets better. And it doesn’t. The services even worse. Unfortunately they’re the only little Drive-In in our town. But I decided today after ordering food I decided no more. This is a shared feeling with a lot of us in this town

Done with driving home with someone else’s order and having to go back or our order isn’t cooked all the way through. Another time what we ordered on one screen was on a different and a nice guy asked us if it was order…. Nothing like explaining to an employee and getting told no clue what happened. Food is usually good when we get the right order and driving home to find out the burgers aren’t cooked through.

When its cooked all the way through fries and meat its good but….despite asking well done its gambling if we don’t check every burger but our orders can be large.
