I have to say, they surprised me with their customer service and quality of my last pick-up order. Generally I avoid delivery because you can’t predict how long the pizza will be in the bag before it his your doorstep. So I pick it up and deliver it to my own door.
Today the pizza was fresh out of the oven, cooked perfectly, all the right toppings and crust. It was unusually easy going and delicious.
Have to say of the three big dogs in pizza land (the Hut and PJs), Dominos has been more consistently yum than the others for a while now. Nice turnaround from the cheeses cardboard days.

For some reason this location doesn’t understand what CLEANLINESS means. If I didn’t see it for myself it would be one thing but I did. The line employee I kid you not was touching on her phone all while adding toppings on a customers food…. YUCKK , then her hands went on to touch her EarPod..incredible. This is exactly how people get SICK. I did tell the gentlemen in the front as well as the manager who apologized on her behalf. Such a shame the gentlemen were kind. Talk about disgusting. The heat/temperature is the ONLY thing that helps to save you. You really take a chance when you eat out now a days. You have been enlightened. Not returning.

Ordered on Uber Eats. One hour delivery. No phone call from them. Pizza was obviously cold. I called them and never got through. I was on hold for over five minutes and nobody ever picked up. I paid $20 for a thin crust pizza and left a $7 tip. I feel like I got took to the cleaners. Wow. Sad place.

I really did not care for my pizza tonight from Dominos but usually these guys are great but had a bad night by or two it happens my pie was made without care.I order at least 2-3 times a week and our favorite is the Honolulu Hawaiian. When made right it is a perfect combination of ingredients compared to regular Hawaiian. Tonight. I ordered the pan one with extra cheese and a stuff crust regular Hawaiian stuff crust that one was great without the extra cheese but still the Hawaiian,but my extra cheese was put on my son’s pie no wonder they loved it ..all that cheese but not on the pie the one I ordered it on.I was disappointed.My next order in the week was worse I placed the same order but had so very little toppings on the Honolulu Hawaiian that it was sinful.I ordered again with extra cheese but could actually see the dough on the pie through each slice half way down and only had 5 very small peices of pineapple on the whole pie and like no bacon to speak of and a few slivers of green pepper and of course no extra cheese again.What was this?? Put together with no care at all. Well sorry but I just want what I paid for.First time I got a cheese pizza instead of my Hawaiian but a called and he was very nice and put it on my file that my pizza was owed to us and we ate the cheese pie that night .I hate to complain but it was like great for so long and then 3 messed up orders in a row.I don’t want anything for nothing.I just want what I pay for and for it to look at least close to spec on the picture and the add.Specialty should be just that not so skimpy you can’t see the toppings.So I was very disappointed in the lack of consistency and care.The staff seem nice and professional and people have bad days so we will order again.I have faith it will return it’s a great bunch there at this shop and ya all were one of our favorites and the guys there seem professional and nice so hopefully all is well again.Delivery driver is extremely kind and very thoughtful and called us because we are disabled and hard of hearing to let us know our pies were here.So this restaurant is still a great place and hated to complain but 3 . We know things happen sometimes it’s not them usually great food ,great service.Have a Happy New Year and you are still a favorite of ours!!

Staff was extremely rude when we tried to reclaim a voucher for a free pizza they sent us for an order that took 2 hours to receive (I wish I was kidding and we’re not even 10 minutes away from the store. They told us to call a 1800 number that didn’t work and then they laughed in our face when we asked for the manager as they refused to honor the voucher. There’s another domino’s like 5 minutes away. Just go to that one instead. Don’t give these people your money, I wouldn’t even be surprised if they spit in people’s food here with the way we were treated.

I have ordered several times from this location. I always tell myself, I’ll never order there again. And I don’t for months and months. And then, I tell myself, well, I’ll try again-maybe the team is different and better. Nope. That never happens. This location is consistently terrible. They never answer the phone. They always deliver excessively late. They never make the choice to offer a resolution or credit or care. Do not order delivery from this location. This is a normal standard for them.

Never ordering from here again this is the second time with the same employee (young skinny black American listening to loud rap music)I ordered online, after 20 minutes open the door and ask about my pizza the same young men ignored me for another 14 minutes without having any customers when I checked my pizza it was missing 2 toppings then he threw them raw on top of the pizza. It was a very unpleasant experience, It’s sad how such a convenient place becomes inconvenient. I’m never coming back here again

Folded over and stuck tj the top of the box. The 32 wings were undercooked and raw in the middle. The breadbites were burned in the outside but cold. When we called the store the were not of any assistance. They gave us the 800 number. When you call the number it says to call the store. You have to complete a form online that’s asks ridiculous questions. I am guessing to frustrate you so you don’t continue. TERRIBLE customer service and awful food.

The girl at this location, Veronica, has the absolute worst attitude. She clearly, it does not know the first thing of a customer service or doing her job in any way whatsoever.. she is unfriendly and truly inconsiderate. I called nonstop not to get my order replaced and I had to physically show up to cancel it. Whoever is managing this place needs to be fired or get rid of these people,,,they’re useless
