This firehouse subs is one of my favorites, the workers are always extremely nice and greet you when you enter and exit. Even with them being extremely busy with mobile orders they helped me in a timely manner and I got my food extremely quick! The food was great. The second orders slowed down the one worker was in the lobby moving the floor mats and cleaning! Very great staff at this location! Will be back for sure.

Went tonight. Had a very nice experience! Lisa was very nice and answered my questions (I’m a food blogger and we were chatting about the sub she was making for me) so i appreciated the chat instead of “here’s your food. Bye” like how some people are. Very nice and welcoming. And also the fries 10/10! My sub was great too. But i always get that. The fries were new to me! So good!!! Also my mom and i split the New York steamer and she never had firehouse subs but now she wants to get it every time we go to the falls. “That was the best sub ever. We have to get that again!!!!” -her words. Thanks for the great experience!

I wasn’t pleased how after dining in to eat subs, my daughter asked one of the employees where the bathroom was. He replied oh it’s outside and pointed out the window. My daughter was so convinced because of how serious he was she was confused. I turned around to ask him what he say and he laughed it off and another employee that was behind the counter gave clear instructions on how to find the restroom. I feel like as a customer that was very unprofessional and distasteful for an employee to respond in that manner regardless of if it was a joke or not. I thought it was completely immature and inappropriate to tell my teen daughter to go outside. However, the woman behind the counter was very pleasant and nice and the guy at the register was nice as well.

After ordering through the Firehouse Subs app that’s where the easy or good experience ended. Upon arriving at the store there were 10 other people waiting for orders. We got ours 30 minutes after it supposed to ready. More people showed up and the line of people got deeper waiting for take out orders. The problem is they only had 2 employees working. Don’t order gluten-free here. While there was a separate board for the preparation, the employee didn’t change gloves and cross contaminated the food. On top of that the sandwich toppings were switched on the regular and gluten-free order. There will not be a repeat visit. Management needs to make better staffing choices and retrain on food handling.

All the staff who worked on 01/29/25 were amazing! It was my first time there and i loved it and super friendly with kids! 10/10 definitely will be back and officially a favorite restaurant

The staff here is SO KIND. very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way for multiple guests by carrying entrees to tables. Definitely will be back just for that reason. It feels few and far between to find kind servers these days.

Came here on Sunday. Waited for someone to take.our order. Always order the same thing. Sub, bun on side. I got the meat and a bun on the side. The bottom of the roll was soaking wet. I asked for the veggies and the excuse I got was “we’re busy”. The manager didnt seem to enthusiastic today. I did not get full veggies. Nor did I get the pickle, which is indicated o. The receipt. Service has never been this bad here.

Wrong items delivered order the hook and ladder got chicken with Jalepeno as my 80 year old mom is screaming her mouth is burning. Told to contact Uber Eats their response just as awful! They are sorry it can’t be refunded. Wat heck!? Since when is it ok for businesses to steal money for products they don’t provide! This place is our go to for tasty, convenient, local delivery and supporting our community businesses, but they are failing us now. Time to go back to basics of cooking at home since the reasons these places have been thriving is no longer there. No more efficiency, tasty food at a good price or even basic decency and honesty in business. You can’t even reach them! Just money wasted and apparently lost. If it weren’t for the disability we’d take it back up there unfortunately we are just stuck!

I had to come back and edit my review, though I ordered through a third party whose service was horrible when I called the restaurant they apologized and righted the wrong. And for that I’m changing the review to a 4. For anyone who has been new and just starting a job mistakes come with that territory but eventually that initial pressure of learning creates diamonds.

I just sat here at 5pm on a Thursday (2/4/26) and watch them get out only five orders in 35 minutes. My pickup order for two sandwiches took 45 minutes even though there were only a few people in front of me.
