Wow…amazing BBQ cooked by friendly people.
We ordered the pork ribs platter w/ potato salad and mac & cheese. The ribs were seasoned and smoked perfectly, super tender and flavorful. 4 large sized ribs. The potato salad tasted fresh and was a great compliment to the ribs. The mac & cheese…delicious as well. Perfect amount of cheese.
We also got the fried catfish sandwich, perfectly fried and seasoned. Every bite was crispy and hit the spot!
We will def recommend this spot. Excited to try their brisket and candied yams one day (come early because they make everything fresh, and they sell out). What a great local spot.
Street parking available in front of store.
Edit: Revisited 1/31 and came earlier this time. Had the opportunity to try the brisket and the candied yams. Both are delicious, brisket nice and juicy and great smoky flavor. Candied yams, nice generous portions, not overly sweet, just right.

Finger lickin’ good! Ladies & gentlemen: DROP EVERYTHING and go to Beach BBQ right now! It’s *THE* barbecue spot on the South Shore! Tried it for the first time today on my way back from Long Beach after I saw the amazing reviews… and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint! Succulent homemade pork ribs cooked low ‘n slow, just like it says on the wall right when you walk in. And the service? Friendly, prompt, warm, and professional. Talk about a truly local, family-owned restaurant! The owner, Shareema Beach (Beach is right in the name!) and her husband (the chef!) came out to greet me and introduce themselves. This gem was such an amazing find — now it’ll be my go-to BBQ joint in the future! Overall, a great experience, amazing food, friendly service. No complaints here. I’ll be back!

We ordered the fried turkey and macaroni and cheese as a catering order for the potluck at my job. Very delicious! The fried turkey was so good we ordered one for Thanksgiving. My family does not like turkey but the fried turkey from Beach BBQ was moist and flavorful. We have a new appreciation for turkey thanks to Beach BBQ!

Just went here today with a couple of friends. We were really excited because of the great reviews and pictures and somehow it ended up exceeding our expectations. Most places have one or two items that win you over, here it was EVERYTHING .
We had brisket, ribs, potato salad, mac and cheese, pulled pork, candied yams, fried catfish. All stellar and the people behind the counter were awesome too.
Must visit for any foodie on Long Island.

Passing through returning to Brooklyn from a road trip up North. My husband found this place. Everything was soo good. We just came out of church. Seriously brought me back to Sunday dinners at home and my church’s kitchen dinner plates. Very nostalgic but better. Everything had flavor, salted/ seasoned nicely, fresh ingredients,and hot temp. The ladies serving were very attentive. They had Martin playing w/ one of my fav. episodes. I was cracking up while waiting for the food to be packed.

Everything here is great! Love the catfish and the sides are out of this world. I’ve had the pork and brisket too and it’s perfectly smoked and so tender. BBQ and fried fish is my comfort food and Beach BBQ feels like a warm hug. Working my way through the whole menu.

So I went to the new HOT FOOD SPOT ON THE BLOCK IN BALDWIN L.I. & BBQ was so good! They did not disappoint‼️ The customer service was great, the restaurant was very clean. My food was very delicious. I got whitings & a salmon dinner with green beans & Mac n cheese for my sides! I hope they open a location in Astoria because we don’t have restaurants over here like this but for now, the ride to L.I. was well worth it yum

I visited this spot with my boyfriend on August 9th after finding it while searching for soul food in Nassau and I’m so glad we did. The staff were friendly and attentive. My boyfriend loved his collard greens with the perfect balance of vinegar and spice. I had string beans, mac and cheese, and wings, all seasoned and delicious. I came back the next day for pork ribs, more collard greens, mac and cheese, and finally tried the yams which were so good. The potato salad and tuna mac salad were amazing standouts. Desserts were sold out both visits so I’ll be coming earlier next time. Arrive early for the best selection since they sell out fast. This Black-owned spot is absolutely worth supporting and I can’t wait to return.

This place is not accessible for wheelchair users as it has a huge step in front and no ramp. I met them at the local farmers market in Rockville centre. I was invited back to their brick n mortar location, without regard for the fact that I do not have any legs and a wheelchair user. I was with a friend that helped me in and out of the location, the staff didnt offer to assist or even apologize for the major inconvenience.
