Ate here while on business and wasn’t disappointed. As being my first time visiting California, decided a try a place that isn’t found in Texas. I ordered the Santa Barbara burger with fries. The Santa Barbara burger wasn’t bad. It defineitly had a lot of ingredients and was less expensive than I thought it would be.

Splendid service, a delightful time to speak with the workers there; they actually gave off vibes that they wanted to work, not just be there cause they saw no other choice, the given up existence vibe you get from most fast food workers at Mchdonalds, Burger King and so on, you dont feel that there. You get a warm welcoming vibe, almost as if you just returned from a hard days work and your wife’s there to greet you with a hot meal. The food, although not a michelin star in appearance, I sure as hell would love to give it for taste, the juiciness of the burgers, cooked to perfection with the added toppings, the sides you’re able to order coming out perfectly cooked through, the fries making you want a bottomless bucket of them; the meal I ate that night almost makes me not want to go back, in fear that it may of been a fluke, but the fear of missing out on yet another wonderful taste is even greater.

This was first time eating at this location and they have well exceeded my expectations when it comes to The Habit burger I can always count on getting a delicious, fresh, and made to order burger/salad/sandwich. I love that their lettuce is grown in Santa Maria, they have a high standard to live up to being originated from Santa Barbara and I can honestly say they’ve done it! 10/10 great location!

No one to take our order, weren’t busy standing around talking. Had to use the kiosk. Sat down at the first table and it was sticky, moved tables and still sticky. Food came out with cold fries. Lemonade machine was empty and brought to their attention and didn’t change it.

I had a steak sandwich where they tried to pass hamburger meat as steak it was disgusting. The manager was a pill they were supposed to text when order was done they never did and a couple customers were waiting for no reason. When I asked aren’t you supposed to text us when order is done she ignored me. I will never eat here again.

Definitely worth a stop if you are in California. Was suggested this place by many people before I headed out here for work. I’m glad made the stop at this burger place. Service was great and fast. The price for food was reasonable. Will be making a stop at this place again before heading back home.
