This Pizza Hut is one of the best I’ve ever eaten at! The guy working tonight went above and beyond. I did a take out, but he made sure I didn’t need anything. He included plates and napkins, and actually shared his brownies with me! The pizza was cooked to perfection and absolutely amazing! 5 star experience hands down!! Oh and they have a drive thru too!

Ordered pizza from the location on main street missing medium pan, the cheese pizza was hard and barely cut as if it was sitting there for hours. This Review is all about the customer service skills of Christie!!! Pizza Hut has made major changes to their ordering systems which has caused me to no longer order by phone. When I waked in and asked about specials Christie informed me that all specials are ONLY available online. I advised her that I no longer visit Pizza Hut in Florida because the customer service is handled in another country. She explained that her store is the same.
Christie walked me through ordering online and linking everything to her store. She was extremely sweet so despite my dislike of Pizza Huts new business practices I will visit this location again if I’m in town and it’s all because Christy was absolutely Amazing?!!!

I’m extremely disappointed in the service and quality of this food. We ordered delivery and the food came wrong. We called to get it fixed and we were told it would be sent back out and it would take 25min. After 30 minutes we call back.. there is no recollection of it being sent back out. The manager then did it and said 25 more minutes. We decided we would rather go get it as it’s been another hour. The manager then was rude upon arrival and had such a bad attitude.

Got a delivery order half the food was missing called 10 times finally they said we can’t bring the rest of your order because they was to busy. We’ll then you need to close this store if you can’t handle a busy night and get ALL the food people pay for to them. I spent 83.00 dollars with this restaurant and didn’t get half my food. Just a warning don’t order from them. And by the other reviews I seen I’m not the only one. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered there.

This is a updated review because I actually was stupid enough to try it again.
I ordered my pizza last night and it said 30-40 minutes for delivery. We were leaving in a hour and we wanted to eat before we left.
Order was placed at 7:18 pm.
I got my order 8:50
After looking through the app unseen where the order wasn’t accepted until 8:05pm
They are doing this intentionally to keep the ticket times down. So by there method they are only taking 30 minutes to complete the order and have it picked up….. But it’s a complete lie. Just like McDonald’s telling you to pull forward to wait on your food. Once they run your card and it’s paid for they close the ticket to keep their times low. And then they don’t care how long it takes s for you to get your food.
I will never order from this Pizza Hut again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE HOPE MILLS (MAIN ST) LOCATION! I ordered on 2/1/25 at 10pm. First it took an hour to be delivered by Door Dash. The order was wrong. I ordered a baked Chicken Alfredo and chocolate chip cookie. I received a 12″ supreme pizza. It wasn’t my order so the driver took it. (Presumably to the store) I called the store and was not able to get anyone to answer the phone (eventually the corporate call center answered). They were not able to help. I called the store 4/4 for them to make this right. I spoke with Kristi Mosier who started yelling that I should’ve called sooner and “there was nothing [she] could do.” I told her she will lose me as a customer for a $26.81 order. Kristi said there was no one else to complain to. TRY A DIFFERENT PIZZA CHAIN!!

Ordered delivery. After 1.5 hours I called. Lady said driver just left. 45 min later I called back. I asked them to recook and I would pick it up. When I arrived, they had the original cold pizza and also a remake which they tried to charge me for. The guy at window said they tried to deliver. But no phone call was made. Pretty much threw the cold pizza and said address was wrong. I have filed complaint requesting full refund along with delivery fee and tip. I feel that they should give me a pick up fee. Absolutely the worst customer service and attitude!

I haven’t been to pizza hut in years. There were no menus available. I was ignored and treated like I was a bother. I do not use scan codes. I did not make a purchase. Don’t even know what the specials are or what is new or the cost of anything. I just left. The last time I was there, I waited 1 and a half hours. Only 2 other people were there. I watched them put my pizza in a to go box even though we were dining in. We paid for our drinks. The pizza was cold. They tried to give it to us but we refused. That was like 4 years ago. I will never go in there again. I used to work at Pizza Hut and helped train staff for the opening in Cedar Creek. So I am familiar with the procedures.

Whoever is taking orders today is absolutely under the influence of drugs and or alcohol. I called to order food for a person in need and after giving this guy my card number and information multiple times I wasn’t able to complete the order. It is sad that this is allowed at this location
