Ordered the new steak chalupas box that includes 2 steak chalupas, 5layer burrito, soft taco and twists, but swap twists for chips and upgraded to beef taco supreme. This was a pickup in store and eat in.
1. Got regular soft taco, so had to go up and have it replaced, though it was good.
2. 5 layer burrito tasted great but seems smaller than previous as it was only 2 sauce packets long.
3. The chalupas are not standard size but half the size of regular ones. Though meat tasted good, the the deep fried cheese chalupa breading was tough and rubbery to bite into and eat. I’m NOT a fan. Had to try it however, as it looked good in ads I got.
Customer service seemed pleasant.
Place was very clean inside, like no one has been in there.
Urinal was backed up and wouldn’t flush previous use (no pic attached for that). The surfaces definitely had not been wiped down recently as you could see fingerprints and grease on them (toilet handle, door handle, and faucet).
Price was $16

Had the freshest hottest nacho fries, cheese was steaming hot as well.
Ordered the 9$ Luxe box and it was made correctly and fresh.
Soda from machine wasn’t flat and tasted crisp.
Pleasant atmosphere and area was clean.

$40 worth of food for my family and everyone’s food was mostly taco shell with the smallest amount of what should be in beefy 5 layers, crunch wrap supremes, ect. Warm drinks with hardly any ice. Huge waste of money…..

Lobby not open even though hours say it’s open until 1am. There needs to be clear distinction of LOBBY operating hours and DRIVE-THROUGH operating hours. I asked if I could walk through drive through, they said no, and I needed either a bicycle or a car for drive through.

Man the people who worked here went above and beyond. I ordered chicken nuggets online. When I got there they were out ,but one of the employees went to the other store to get them. I was happy. That was greatly appreciated. We need more people like that in this world❤️. The nuggets were good. The nacho fries are always good and I had the dragon fruit tea. That was pretty good as well.

They regularly don’t have order ready when they’re pre-ordered and then make you pull around to the parking area to wait so their drive thru stats don’t show you sitting in the line. I order ahead to give them plenty of time to be ready and I wait before I head that way. If the chicken nuggets take 10mins, don’t wait until I arrive to start them. Basic logic.
