Ordered hot chocolate from this location this morning and went on my way. Went there because the other Wawa can’t get it together. As I’m driving to work I was wondering why my chocolate tasted weird. I start reading the little order tag on it and it had espresso. I don’t even know where the lady got to add espresso to my hot chocolate. Who puts espresso on their hot chocolate??? I know when you order you pay extra for that so I didn’t click on it and just the thought of again, who puts espresso in their hot chocolate??? It was nasty and had to throw it away when I got to work. I’m convinced Wawa doesnt like me lol

First time at Wawa, ordered a Dill Pickle Ranch Roasted Chicken Panini & a Caramel Cheesecake Milkshake for curbside pickup. My dog, baby, toddler, & myself waited in the car for ~30 minutes. Went inside to check on my food & it was sitting on the counter, milkshake had already been melted. They remade the milkshake no problem, but came home to eat my sandwich & the chicken was completely undercooked! I called to ask for a refund, but the manager told me he would write my name down so I can get something for free next time I come in. Told him no, because I refuse to come back here again.

Don’t bother wasting your time or money on this place. The first time I went was in march when they first opened. I had to wait over 30 minutes for one drink and they dropped a part of the blender lid in my drink (see picture). The second time I went was months later in June since I figured they had time to get their act together. I ordered a frozen drink and a Powerade curbside at 3:42 pm. It was supposed to be ready at 3:55 pm. At 4:12 pm I called the store. They tried to tell me it never went through. I told them I ordered 30 minutes earlier. They then tried to tell me I never told them where I was parked. I told them I did so in the app immediately after ordering since I ordered from the parking lot. I told them again over the phone where I was parked. They said ok and hung up. At 4:22 pm nothing had changed so I went into the store to get money back. The cashier immediately called for the manager over her walkie and then proceed to call her two more times over her walkie over the course of 10 minutes. She had to go and hunt her down herself just for her to show up. They weren’t able to do the refund in store since it was an online order so I asked for my drinks instead. She wanted me to order them again because don’t know how to make their drinks apparently. This whole store is a waste of space.

The woman behind the drink counter on August 13 in the morning around 7am needs to be trained on customer service and what the drink labels mean. I ordered a black iced coffee, meaning I didn’t want her to add cream or milk to it, and clicked leave room for milk so that I could do it myself because I wanted to add hazelnut creamer to it because they don’t have hazelnut creamer to add on the kiosk. When you click leave room for milk for black iced coffee, you don’t get to pick a milk option because you want it just straight black. She gave me an attitude and said that’s not what that means because she filled it all the way to the top with coffee. but any time I’ve done that before, they always leave room for milk for ME to add after. If I wanted her to add milk to it, I would’ve clicked the “milk and sugar” iced coffee option on the kiosk, not the black iced coffee. I was in no way rude to her to get that kind of reaction from her.

WAWA just open and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried they machine TWICE moral of the story you want good spicy soda go to Enmarket cross the street . This business is clean though and I’m sure food might be okay.

Food is pretty good. Specialty drinks/smoothies are good however: it took an hour to get a smoothie made. Totally unacceptable. What was made worse was the lady on sink duty playing in the water with tons of customers waiting for orders. Even including a dude who’s trying to go out with her. Not cool. The smoothie wasn’t good enough to justify this wait and watching nonsense go on.

I’ll say this, the drinks are good but not 30+min wait good. I’ve gone numerous times during both peak and slow times where there are only a handful of people. Every time I go it takes 30+min for them to make even a latte or any drink in general. I shouldn’t be waiting that long for a drink after they have been open for weeks with time to learn how to property get things done.

Went today for a 12oz hot caramel latte and it took 40 minutes. There was literally only 8-9 people waiting for either food or drinks when I payed with 2 employees behind the bar making drinks. It’s unacceptable for it to ever take this long at all. Even if you preorder through the app your drink won’t be ready in time ordered 30min ahead, got there, and still hand to wait 15 more minutes to get it when I got there. Unacceptable any way you look at it. Fix yourself as this has been the norm for numerous visits. I’ll stick to 7 Brews I guess from now on at least they can make your drinks fast and efficiently.
