I placed an order through Grubhub. Most restaurants accurately fulfill the order. However, the sugar cookie I received was undercooked. Why include it in the order? Even though I indicated to include utensils/napkins, I did not receive them. I previously ordered from them and that order was also incorrect for which I was provided a small refund from Grubhub. Accuracy and food quality should be a top priority.

I love Barry Bagels! Great food and excellent service. They are fast and thorough, making it a great option for a quick breakfast on the way to work, or sitting down for a meeting. I love the onion sticks as well as their bagels. The seasonal offerings are always delicious. They have a good variety of brewed coffee, including flavored coffees. I like the tiramisu flavor. You can also get a great variety of salads. Their potato salad is really good. And the soups are perfect for chilly days!!!

Great bagels!!! One of my favorite places to get a Breakfest bagel sandwich. Lunch sandwiches are delicious as well! The veggie cream cheese is a must try! Definitely has been a long time tradition to get a bakers dozen of bagel and a pint of cream cheese. Bagels feeeze well! Also a great choice for catered events! Show some love to Barry’s! I ordered thru doordash for the dental office I work for and I just wanted to say how amazing my sandwich was. Always made with love and tastes fresh. Everything was made correctly and no crumbs were left in anyone’s box. I hope Barry’s stays around forever!!! We will order again and again 🙂

They changed the flow of the restaurant, seemed a little chaotic, and confusing, as people are kind of all over the place. Staff not as friendly as other locations, food was good. But definitely feel they need to change the way the line flows, as they hand food to you after you order, and not clearly marked to where to go to pay.

Bagel Sandwich was good. The problem I had was cleanliness of counter where sandwiches are made. It’s not cleaned between orders. There were many onions and other sandwich debris laying where the new sandwich was made. Employee was so soft spoken I could hardly hear him even after I said I can’t hear you. I asked to add avocado, which he had no clue about! Just said he was new and didn’t bother to ask the other employee next to him, who also seemed confused with the order he was working on. So I just said forget it. My first thought was, are you guys stoned? I mentioned to the employee that since he’s new, a word of advice, clean off the counter between sandwiches as I am very allergic to onions and hoped the ones he made My sandwich on top of didn’t soak into my bagel! The cut was not even on the sandwich, so the one 1/2 had a sliver of bagel and the other almost the full side. Cashier mentioned it was the sandwich maker’s 1st day when I Said he seemed lost. So Maybe your management should be there to train people on their position rather than just putting someone that is clueless to do the job! It’s been 10 years since I visited a BB. Since I was near there decided to stop, but quality and service has definitely gone down!

This place is disgusting, filthy dirty! Mold growing on soda machine where water or lemonade is dispensed. Water spilled on floor they put a sign out rather than mop it up. Garbage can spilling on floor. Trash everywhere. I bet Barry would be pretty upset. I’ve met him knew him when he was alive, since 1970’s. Employees nice. I think the lady manager was present and walked right by the mess. I informed an employee to empty the garbage and mop the floor. The employee was very receptive.

Love the eggels! They are so good and totally worth the price! Sandwiches are huge and delicious! Fresh cut meats and cheeses with fresh cut veggies! You can’t beat their honey mustard either!

I’m commenting for the concern of the workers they have on shift during a level 3 snow storm. There is surely not enough business to justify putting these workers on for a few hours when it’s currently a snowy ghost town. This weather will only continue to get worse as the day goes on, and it’s not fair to them to have to brave that when there was barely any business to make up for it.
