Girl with long dreads tonight couldn’t be bothered to care what meat I was choosing. I came in and said “bowl please” and she skipped the rice option entirely then asked meat …and after a two second count of looking and choosing she walked away to stock something. We love this location and are regulars and this isn’t the norm.
You guys have a fairly awesome staff and one bad one slipped by. She’s gonna lose you alot of customers with that attitude. If you don’t wanna work in customer service then go home. Don’t even attempt it. You’re bringing this awesome location down.

Going in is fine enough but ordering online is a nightmare. Every time I do, they put like 90% beans . And last time they just straight up forgot half of the stuff I requested in my burrito. But ofc didn’t forget the beans idk if they are in a shortage but it’s happened to me multiple times.

I always notice this, and it’s very concerning. Employees who are not wearing masks stand directly over the food and loudly ask customers to choose menu items. On top of that, they sometimes insert a thermometer into the food with bare hands, without wearing gloves.
I can’t help but think about how many saliva droplets and unhygienic bacteria might be mixing into my food. Chipotle has had issues with foodborne illness in the past, so I don’t understand why such basic hygiene standards are not being followed.
I sincerely ask the managers to take immediate action. Please ensure proper hygiene so customers can feel safe and confident when receiving their food.

It was wonderful the food’s delicious.But there’s one problem, you’re avocados.Turns brown, here’s a little help.Put some drops of lemon juice when you’re mixing up your guacamole, and your avocados will not turn brown.They will stay green.I notice that as soon as I got home and had my avocados, they put it on the top, and I asked for it on the side.And within two hours, the avocados were already turning brown.That’s very discouraging.Especially when you want the leftovers couple drops of lemon juice, mix it up.You’re good to go

On Sunday, December 14, at approximately 7:20 p.m., my sister and I visited Chipotle and witnessed a very unpleasant interaction with the employee working the line. The young woman with curly hair in a bun assisting customers was extremely rude to the couple in front of us. When the woman’s significant other attempted to order, the employee rolled her eyes and spoke to them in a dismissive, disrespectful tone.
Unfortunately, the same behavior continued when it was our turn. My sister and I were polite and used our manners throughout the interaction, yet the employee responded as if we were an inconvenience. Her tone and body language made it seem like she did not want to be at work, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
This behavior completely ruined the experience for us. Customer service is a major part of dining out, and situations like this make customers hesitant to return. If this employee is working, I would not choose to come back, as the negative interaction overshadowed the entire visit.

We love coming to the Federal Way Location after our team wins a game, and even when we don’t win . The burrito bowl and a bag of chips are our go-to order! Many of our teen players have mentioned that this is their favorite spot to come to for a quick bite to eat. We are so grateful to the staff here for being so kind to our players and always having such fresh, healthy meals that give our players exactly what they need after playing a hard soccer game. We especially appreciate eating at a restaurant that supports our community. Chipotle in Federal Way supports local youth programs by helping to make soccer more affordable to our community. Thank you Chipotle for giving back!
