Came for fried chicken at 12:30 on a Sunday. Place is practically empty. Wanted 2 pieces of dark meat chicken. Had none prepared. Told it would be 15 minutes! Who’s paying attention when the restaurant is half empty??

Helllooo my good people. So after a long day of exploring and shopping we decided to just grab something to take back to the hotel. Hubby chose Charlie’s chicken. I got the 2 piece fish plate with potato salad and broccoli and rice casserole. A roll is included. The fish was seasoned but fried too hard. I am not a fan of lumpy potato salad but if it tastes ok I’ll eat it. This one did not taste that good to me. The casserole was lacking something. Maybe flavor ♀️. The roll was the best thing to me. Hubby ordered the 3 piece chicken with the casserole, fried okra and jalapeños. I tasted his chicken and it was not good at all. It was not even warm. Our hotel is not far from this place. Less than 5 min away so it should not have been this temperature. Also it lacked flavor. The jalapeños didn’t help it much. The same for the okra. It was as if the food had just been sitting there for a while. But the guy there was very nice. We won’t be going back but give it a try if you like. Have a great evening. Until next time ✌ .

Best jalapeño chicken meal ever. The other locations in Sand Springs and West Tulsa are on notice!!! Thank you Broken Arrow for giving me fresh chicken that the batter is not wet, falling off or rubbery, dry and tasteless and/or old grease tasting. It was seasoned and cooked to perfection. You will see my face again and again!!! My husband had to taste mine, because we have been greatly disappointed in other locations. Once he tasted it, he ran in to get him a meal, too!! Thank You!!

Such nice welcoming employees working here. Everytime i visit from Virginia i make it a point to eat at this Charlies. Super fresh food for the same or better price than eating at their fast food competitors. Best chicken and baked beans around and the banana pudding is some of the best ive ever tasted!

Ordered a gizzard dinner I asked if they were fresh she said yes, received my order the gizzards were like warm and very greasy the portion was so small like a kids happy meal and they were very salty…….. guess I will not be patronizing this location ever again!!!!!!

First off, great food and great menu choices but the management sucks horribly. Someone please explain to me how calling your manager to tell her your car had broken down and you’ll be 30 minutes late requires a comeback of her saying “delete my number” and her not scheduling you for the next week as a college student who’s just trying to work a part time job?! Charlie’s just lost a great employee and a few customers.
Jasmine is absolutely ridiculous and rude and needs to understand that life happens and there’s more to the world than managing a chicken joint.

Went by last Saturday. Got some chicken This was through the drive through the chicken. Was not all the way cooked called the store. That asked me to come back by and wrote my name down in a book. Go back by this Saturday to get my dinner. They know nothing about me.
So now I get to go on into work without eating.
