I had an extremely disappointing experience at Burger King. The wait time was completely unreasonable, especially for a simple order. After finally receiving the food, it was wrong — not slightly off, but clearly not what was ordered. When I politely asked about the delay, the employee was rude and dismissive instead of apologetic or helpful. To make it worse, I was told I could “just leave a review” if I had a problem. That level of attitude and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Fast food shouldn’t mean careless service and disrespect toward customers. I won’t be returning.

Honestly? If someone tells you to leave a review like that, they’re basically daring you. So here we are.

Getting a 5 star because the cashier at the drive through is hilarious.
My husband hates ketchup (I mean absolutely hates ketchup) and I joked with her about that while making sure his food didnt have ketchup on it. Telling her that I’m sure he has a phobia with how much he can’t stand ketchup.
She put handfuls of packets in the bag. I got such a good laugh. After having a hard morning this made my day. Thank you.

Also I left the packets in the bag for him.

Great location near shopping and hotels.

They had most of our order ready in about a minute, but needed to wait for another order of fries. Instead, the lady offered is a complimentary upgrade to Onion rings. Very nice

Very good breakfast and actually wasn’t to expensive. The customer service was top notch. Only thing I could see to operate better would be communication. It was clean and would recommend eating here. Everything was fresh and tasted good

Where to begin? What a waste of $12.68. I did the drive-thru and got the number one Whopper meal. I soon learned why I was alone in the drive-thru lane, and I saw that the inside was vacant. Everyone else apparently read the reviews on this place. Anyway, I started by ordering coke, but they were out of coke. I’m not sure how a fast food joint runs out of Coke but there you go. I was told I’d be given sugar for the tea that I ordered, but got mostly Sweet and Low which doesn’t work for me. The fries were old….and cold. The whopper was the same. They’d been sitting for awhile, I guess. No ketchup either. Guess I should have asked for it, not that drowning the fries in ketchup would have really improved the taste. I asked for a receipt once I got my order, but was told that there was no printer paper to make receipts. How in the heck does a COMPETENT manager allow that to happen? This store is just AWFUL. The owners of this franchise should really evaluate closing this place up. The quality is one star! I won’t return. I want a refund. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) regarding this “restaurant” if it may be called as such!

Waited 50 minutes to get my order. I arrived at 6:30 p.m. and left around 7:20 p.m. Unbelievable. I get it, they were short-staffed, but come on, give me a break.
