Hands down the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to.
The employee working refused to give their name and had the nerve to call my fiancé names and openly make fun of him right in front of everyone. Who does that? It was disgusting, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.
And honestly, the manager is just as terrible. Instead of correcting the situation, they acted annoyed and dismissed the whole thing like customers being insulted is normal. If that’s how the manager behaves, no wonder the staff feels comfortable talking to people like garbage.
This location clearly has zero standards, zero accountability, and zero customer service. If you value basic respect, avoid this place at all costs. Dunkin corporate seriously needs to step in because this is beyond unacceptable.

This location is constantly out of flavors & donuts. This holiday season they have no decorations, no holiday buckets, they ran out of holiday syrups & donuts, saying “they don’t send us any.” It’s a sad place that has been neglected by the franchise owner. It still gets the job done, but don’t go looking for anything specific & don’t be in a rush

‼️Legit the WORST customer service I EVER receive. They need better management. I am not sure who the manager is but I have asked to speak to the manager after one of the employees on multiple occasions has been beyond disrespectful to me and then calls me names and walks away in the middle of my order. It is the African American women – she won’t ever provide her name because I state I want to file a complaint about her. She cuts me off every time I try to order it’s the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I am in the business myself – I worked at dunkin for 5 years it was my first job and it is appalling to see her behavior and not be welcoming. I decided to not go inside to experience her attitude I will go through the drive through and she is even WORSE! She yelled at me while I was ordering because she started to make my drink without letting me finish how I want it made and she blamed me for it… idk who trained her but she is a very mean women – also she yelled at me for asking for a certain donut called the taillight donut that a lot of Dunkin’s in SOFLO carry but that location doesn’t which is fine but she screamed at me to tell me no dunkin carries it… I will update this post with the dunkin I usually go to with a photo of it carrying it.
I hope you can work on re training the staff because it is a great location but not worth the trip for the terrible service and experience.

This store is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. Out of convenience I went through the drive-through. Maybe it would’ve been better if I was there inside the store but who knows for sure. I ordered a coffee and a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. I bring it home and there’s virtually no cream cheese on my bagel. I mean they always go much lighter on the cream cheese compared to any other Dunkin’ Donuts, but it was like a treasure hunt to find it today.

This has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been in. The customer service is horrible. It takes forever to receive your food. They constantly make mistakes on the order and they just don’t care about the customer there.

If i could give no stars I would. Tried order a cheese croissant stuffer off the menu, was told they don’t have it. Tried ordering an onion bagel. No onion bagel. So i just got an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. They burnt the bagel, didn’t even split it in half correctly, and what was even worse is they just threw clumps of cream cheese on it and didn’t even spread it out. I tried using the butchered end of the bagel to spread it out but it just became too messy. I couldn’t even eat it and tossed it out because with every bite it was like eating huge clumps of cream cheese. The employees need to be trained better on food preparation, because that was absolutely horrible.(pics attached)

It was disgusting to see so much dirty of this store at 751 E Commercial… I showed it to the cashier and he shrugged… Didn’t bring a product to clean the counter… I go to DD daily and I’ve never seen that.

Egg completely missing from my Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel, on top of consistently leaving the donuts out of my orders. Don’t go to this location they will constantly short you parts of your order.

There seems to always be a problem at this Dunkin after 6pm on a weekday – avoid coming here if you really have a craving for one of your Dunking favorites to avoid disappointment.
I had to get my “caramel craze iced latte” remade because there was no caramel in it at all, nor any of the toppings. I asked for it to be remade, luckily caramel was added but they still put no toppings, I asked for the toppings and they just put whipped cream which was a moment of “aright, maybe they just don’t know how to make it?” So I didn’t even mention that it comes with the drizzle and everything. I tried to trade my old iced latte for the new one and I was told “There’s a trash can over there.” I was in the drive thru..Weird, even McDonald’s let’s you give them their mistakes back so they can throw it away for you. Not to mention they “only are sent small straws from corporate” so anticipate this (image attached) if you order from here. Lastly, the last time I came at this time they were “out of iced lattes.” I’m not sure how that happens…Again, if you have a Dunkin craving, try to avoid this Dunkin’. Seems like no one here really cares about what they’re doing. I get it, but still…
