This is the Skylines in the town where I attended high school. I always eat here when I am in town to celebrate an event or milestone. This time it was a birthday celebration with my best friends.
I had what I always have:
A large inverted 5 way with 4 cheese coneys …all with the spicy cheese. It always tastes like home. Especially when I can wash it down with an orange freeze from the UDF across the street!!

Started noticing issues with this place as they tend to skimp on the amount of cheese they give you on your order compared to other locations. Could understand at the time that things are going up it’s getting more pricey and totally understandable. Yesterday changed everything as I was approached by one of the previous owners the mother of the owner now and told that I need to tip the ladies that work for her It is part of their salary. So instead of working out something for a better rate for her employees she decided to put it on the customers…. I love hometown places and I understand the growing pains of things right now but putting your economical strain on the customer…. I’ll go to State Route 28 not only do you not have to worry about what kind of tip I leave anymore now you’re going to have one less person that’s going to buy food from your establishment.

The chili cheese fries was more cheese and oil than chili. The water tastes awful and I wasn’t given a straw. I had to turn back around because I asked for extra hot sauce and they gave me none. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

You’ve never had chili quite like this unless you’ve already been here. It’s a new and yummy take on chili for me. I’m used to a chunkier southwest style but, this still has all the hallmarks of great American comfort food and completely original in it’s own right. Their coney dogs are piled with the fixins. Much enjoyed and I’ll definitely be back. Well done, Skyline!

I swore off skyline years ago, but everyone at work wanted it. I completely agree with other reviews about portion size. I would think for $9 for a 4-way that they would at least fill the to-go container. So $9 for alot of water drenched small portion. Even though it tasted great it wasn’t near enough. I will not be back again. This is exactly why I always go to gold star.
