UPDATE: If you have a customer standing and waiting for over 5 minutes, the least you could do is acknowledge their presence!
I came to grab a quick bite for my child and I. I was the only customer in the store, and it took them 7 minutes to take my order! I am going to assume the other employees don’t know how to work the register or something. The lady that was working drive- thru was finally able to take my order, and she was pleasant to deal with. My chicken tenders were cooked thoroughly, and the sides were delicious. I believe I paid $11 for a 5 piece tender (no drink). I don’t think this meal warrants an $11 price tag, but the cost of things is steadily rising, so it’s understandable.

Can honestly say I am disappointed to come home with my food sealed opening it to missing items called offered to make it large mash potatoes and replace order to fresh to girl young lady trying to correct what he said but ended up doing what was initially said as I turn my back they change things in order to coming home and opening box to it being the smallest chicken leg and thigh in the batch they had. It’s sad to know that you go out of your way to drive back due to a mistake they made for them to be rude and give you smallest chicken legs and think it’s okay I was there around 4:40 -4:57 on August 2nd check the cameras. First chicken was amazing size and looked full of chicken not a one bit wing and mostly bone thigh.

WORST Service EVER! I had made several complaints and there is no change at all. Its always something with the place. Asked for the office number and the girl gave me the wrong one! Thinking I would not find the correct one.

Hello! Stopped in for dinner and it was very good! Some of the chicken was a bit pink for our taste, but it was still definitely cooked. there wasn’t very many people in at the time so we got our food almost immediately. Customer service very good and didn’t have to repeat ourselves multiple times. The restaurant was also a lot cleaner than some other places. Definitely our food here!

No food available. I understand it was Christmas Eve but it was still about 730 when I went in and the place was spic and span with no chicken available. They had some in boxes in the back that they may have been taking home and brought a box to the front with only drumsticks.

Everytime we go they get our oder wrong and then try calling back and they dont pick up, why do you all do this all the time its as if the manager wasn’t trained right or she or he don’t care I would really like to speak to a higher person then the manager cause they dont pick up and they always have an attitude, this has to be by far the worst Church’s ever bad service ,dirty restaurant. I really need an answer to this or action taken into place.

You guys suck man. You have 3-4 employees in the back and you’re doing the bare minimum. You never have any chicken ready, always having to wait 15-20 min because your cooks drop chicken only if needed, always missing items on the menu. Seriously man, you guys suck bad. It’s been like this for the 3 years – 4 times I’ve gone to purchase food here.

Second time I come to this location after placing an order on the app and being forced to wait 30-40 minutes for our meal. My last order was $21 so it wasn’t like I placed a big order.
Workers had my bag sitting on the counter the whole time. They didn’t even apologize or offered anything extra for the long wait. I will not be coming back to this location EVER!
