Today, I decided to try dining inside the restaurant instead of using the drive-thru as I usually do.
I arrived at 10:09 AM — it might not be the usual time for a burger, but I wanted to enjoy the experience. I ordered a Whopper with cheese, medium fries, and a Coke.
The meal was fresh, clean, and carefully prepared. I usually request no salt on the fries, but I forgot to mention that during this visit. As for the burger, my usual order is plain with just cheese, and it was made exactly the way I like it — simple and delicious.
The dine-in area was very clean and well-organized, with comfortable and quiet seating that made the whole experience even better. I really enjoyed the atmosphere — calm, neat, and welcoming.
The staff were extremely friendly, always smiling, and carried out their work with care and professionalism. It’s clear they take pride in what they do.
I highly recommend visiting this location, and I’ll definitely be coming back again!

The quality of the Burger Kings throughout the Indianapolis area are questionable at best. This location is definitely the exception. I visited at 12:30 on a Saturday. However, the food was hot, fast, and exactly what I ordered. I haven’t gotten that at some locations at 5pm on a Tuesday when business is slow. If you’re looking for good BK, drive to this location. It is worth it

Went to this location on a Friday at lunchtime and the place was slammed with cars in the drive thru and people ordering inside. The staff remained calm, worked efficiently, and got thru the rush very well. The food was very good as well. I was impressed with how they handled the pressure.

This is the worst one ever! They act like they don’t understand what you are saying and anytime you ask them for something they have an attitude. Third time I ordered a drink and asked for light ice and they gave me extra ice. Even after I said it at the first and second window light ice. I didn’t ask for extra mayo on my sandwich and it looks like they put the entire tub of mayo on there. I only go to this one because it’s close to my home. I’m gonna have to start driving to the Noblesville location.

This was my first time at this BK – 96th St. in indy. Actually, I haven’t been to a Burger King in years. The young lady who took my order was quick, made sure my order was correct, and the restaurant was spotless. Food was hot and good. I definitely will be going back.

Drove through after discharge from E.R. at community north. It was Late, like 1:40 am.. the drive through person was friendly & told us it would be a minute for our chicken sandwichs because they were cooking them. Sooo good! It was Hot, crispy, & the lettuce was fresh & crispy. Got a couple strawberry shakes to put in freezer, nibbled on those for a few days- so good. Recommend for any late night visit!

Issue: Could not understand the person and no screen to read order. At the window she talked so fast that I couldn’t understand her. I responded with “ I ordered 2 items only”. I guess that she couldn’t understand me either because she took my money and gave me a receipt. It had three items on it. Two hamburgers and one chicken. The lady at the next window had to fix it. She was polite, so I gave them 5 stars.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was absolutely terrible. We ordered trios, and they messed up the order the first time. The manager, Carmelo, personally fixed it, but the replacement tasted disgusting — like chemicals. We couldn’t even eat it and ended up throwing most of it out.
When I went back to ask for the corporate or HR number to report it, the manager actually said to me, “you have a problem.” That’s the kind of attitude customers are getting here. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I grew up eating Burger King and used to love it, but I honestly regret even coming here. The food quality and customer service have gone downhill so badly. Do better, Burger King.
