These folks nurture my illness with the Reece Cup Blizzard; I always order extra, and when its all mixed, I order an additional scoop to be sprinkled on top. You get a mouthful of candy in every bite. Ill provide pictures next time. Thank you DQ for always getting it done right for the last 32 years. I look forward to 32 more.

Went thru the drive thru. Everything went well until we had to drive around the front to wait. Which is fine, done that before. However, I’ve never had to wait 20 mins for a burger and chicken strips. The lady that finally brought out the food was rude said “Here.” Then walked away. I’d go to another DQ elsewhere, as I will be from now on. The food was mid, the chicken strips were TINY, no joke.

Food is normally hot and good, but workers definitely need to slow down at the drive through and fully listen. Twice in a row, my order was missing an item.

Drive thru visit. Speaker does not work well, lady at window messed on my order. I ordered med misty freeze, I noticed a small cup and ask her about it. Food had to be corrected after I noticed total amount owed extremely high. $7 meal did not come with ice cream. Blizzard came in small. I didn’t want to tell her again, since she looked like she was in pain. I could not hear her when she spoke. It looked like her mouth was swollen. I looked for my receipt, no sign of it in the bag. I tried to call on ice cream when I arrived at home. But no one answered. I will stick with the Alma School location. Advising you to do the same, bad vibes here.

The girl at the drive thru was extremely rude while we ordered. They gave us the ice cream first and made us wait 5 minutes for the food. The ice cream ended up melting by the time we got our food. Normally I love dairy queens chicken tenders, but they tasted and looked as if they had been microwaved. Not crispy at all, only soggy. Looked and tasted like k-5 cafeteria food. Extremely disappointing in the overall service. Got the same service at the filibertos next door, must be the same owner.

This dairy Queen has always been really good although a bit slow always worth it. But now… Got a couple burgers tonight and they were no longer burgers at all. The burgers are no longer meat patties but a slice of something that is about two quarters thick. I would honestly be embarrassed to serve whatever this so called meat is. Unfortunately although this DQ was always good priced and good food I won’t go back again until I can confirm they are back to real meat burgers and not just a thin slice of mystery something.

We went through the drive thru yesterday evening around 8:00 pm. Two vehicles ahead of us, so thought it should move fairly quickly (heeding the “no more than 2 cars in the drive thru rule). We’ll, guess again . The truck that was at the window when we ordered our Blizzards took over 20 minutes to get there items and move out. Stupidly, our Blizzards were made right when we order them so by the time we got to the window to pay for them, they were like soup or a similarity to a milk shake. I ask the clerk to turn em upside down and she stammered and shuddered and said, “we’ll the one is made with hot chocolate syrup” which is a lie because we order a Butterfinger Blizzard and the new Toffee crunch Blizzard….NEITHER of which have “hot chocolate syrup” in them, so great job on product knowledge and lying to the customer. Don’t make the Blizzards until the customer is at the window. It’s AZ for heaven sake, it was 102° at 8:00 pm, use some comman sense!

First time here and I already hate it!! Employees were so chaotic and yelling around. They were stressing me out when rushing me and making me feel like I’m asking dumb questions. I ordered the shrimp basket and it took 25 mins to get my order. I was completely disgusted when I got my food and I feel like I got jipped for the amount I paid. Even the soda was flat and had barely any syrup. I don’t think I want to come back
