This was the worst first jersey mikes experience ever. My boyfriend’s been bragging about how great they are so we ordered the viral pregnancy BLT. We ordered 2 giant BLT’s made mikes way shown in the picture of the receipt below, which we did not receive. We received just mostly bread and the saddest amount of lettuce, tomatoe, bacon and NO mayo. This was awful considering how much you pay for these “giant” subs.

I visited Jersey Mike’s today and used a coupon for a free chips and fountain drink with my sub. While I was filling my drink at the fountain, I overheard the manager say to the cashier that I was getting soda instead of water. The cashier correctly responded that I had a coupon for a fountain drink. The manager then said, “Well ya know you can’t trust people.”
As a business owner myself, I found that comment disappointing and unnecessary. I had done nothing wrong and was simply redeeming a valid coupon. It’s uncomfortable to feel like you’re being accused of dishonesty while standing in the store.
I understand businesses need to prevent loss, but professionalism and respect toward customers matter. I hope management can address this so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

Best sub sandwiches we’ve had in many years! They slice the meat fresh right in front of you so you know it’s fresh. Just the right amount of veggies to compliment rather than overpower and the vinegar, oil, spice “sauce” is the perfect finish. Very good bread too. The service was tremendous!! Friendly and accurate. I’m a picky eater and was impressed that they listened to me about wanting NO mayo or cheese. Many places “forget” and I end up sending food back. After years of seeing Jersey Mike’s commercials we’re thrilled to finally have one here in Buzzards Bay!

I received a gift card for Christmas and thought I would stop in and try a sub…the sub was delicious but the girl that took my order was extremely rude and sorta snap at me…that’s not how you welcome a potential new customer to your establishment….I felt I was yelled at…I’ll never return to the bourne location..there’s too many other sub places to go to..that aren’t rude and appreciate your patronage

I had a take out order. What I love about Jersey Mike’s is that i can get my steak and cheese in a bowl. So, if your counting carbs, it’s a good choice.

Ordered dinner while on vacation. Ordered online to make sure it was all correct. Drove 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back. Realized pretty much all the grinders were wrong and wrong sized. Called and they informed me they would remake them all for us. Drove back out there and was told they refused to make them again and refused to refund any money. After some time they finally agreed to remake the sandwiches but refused to give any kind of refund for the inconvenience. Took over 40 minutes to remake 9 sandwiches. After all said and done, No apologies were made.
