Stopped in to order some lunch, and from the time we walked in, we stood there for 5 minutes without anyone approaching us to take our order. Finally, a young lady approached us with the worst customer service skills I have ever seen! Zero emotion or customer service skills. We ordered our food, and I asked for a 2-piece sauced chicken strip, and she said, “I cannot do that.” I said, “Okay, sell me the sauce.” She replied, “Also, I cannot do that?” So I proceeded to order a single burger with added flamethrower sauce, and before I could order anything else, she gave me my total to rush me out of line. Upon receiving my burger, there was so much sauce it was not edible at all. I’m not a picky person, and I hate giving bad reviews, but she needs some mandatory coaching ASAP!

Mediocre! Thinking about writing a complaint to company headquarters about a bad customer service. When I asked for a burger, they said “what burger” and took me forever to get a quote of $4.15. I was deterred from bad service and will be waiting until Kansas City, where restaurants are better frankly.

Ice cream was yummy but these Grill and Chills don’t work for me. Much prefer the older open air ones. The one in New Smyrna Beach, FL is fantastic

UPDATE: Some days, like today, the floor is so sticky that it feels like the previous night’s closers literally mopped it with soda syrup. Still pretty good on every other level. I can’t be too mad at them having a lazy closing manager. We’ve all seen that! ORIGINAL: Very good food and service. I had a burger combo with fries and soda. It was out fast and spot-on quality-wise. Much more affordable than another burger spot just down the road, too. I like the older building and the retro booths. Reminds me of simpler times. I’ll for sure be adding this place to my favorite spots for a quick lunch.

A very clean restaurant! Looks like they really care about cleanliness. The bathrooms are nice and dispensers look great as well. I notice the small things. Great blizzard as well and the workers are friendly and helpful!

First visit in years. Surprisingly good burgers! Literally better than similar ones I had from Wendy’s and Sonic over the past few months. And of course the famous blizzard. Can’t go wrong there. Small bummer was the rings. The fries were much better than rings. Overall great. Kids and Adults both left happy.
