Visiting Hoover for a baseball tournament found this convenient breakfast location. Great menu. Arrived just after 8 am on Saturday and it was not busy at all. Did not have to wait long for our meal. Two biscuits and sausage gravy was a lot but satisfying for $10.99; short stack of pancakes—3 large pancakes with two slices of bacon and a mix of strawberries and blueberries on the side, $10.99. All good! Return visit? ✔️

Great biscuits and gravy!! Both the sausage and the mushroom gravies are delicious. The gem on the menu for us were the cheese grits. Everything we got was tasty!

First time to visit here. They have a large and varied menu. I had Mama’s Boy, which had spicy pimento cheese and it was delicious. My husband had the Belly Board subbing a pancake for the biscuit. Mistake, not as good. The scrambled eggs with cheese were a bit overdone. Overall though, I enjoyed what I had and I would like to try it again sometime.

My wife and I stumbled upon this place while driving cross-country and had an amazing breakfast experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was fantastic. Even if those aspects weren’t impressive, the food alone would make this place a must-visit – it was absolutely delicious! Don’t overlook this hidden gem!

All I can say is WOW! I’m a self proclaimed foodie from Ohio and I am thoroughly impressed with everything . The food was flavorful and service was impossibly fast. By the time we sat down with our drinks the food was pulling up!! Best sweet potato pancakes I’ve ever had.
I was told (by I’m assuming the owner) that there is a location in Louisville, KY as well. I will absolutely be visiting again!

The food is really really good. I had the Rockwell, and my son had the pancake corndog with the home fries. Everyone’s plate that I saw looked amazing – go here for the food.

The employees I interacted with were also great, helpful and polite.

It’s a counter order restaurant, and they bring the food to your table with a number system. The food came out very fast, like 5-6 minutes after ordering.

The tables are pretty close together. It’s not overly tight, but it’s on the edge of it.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this breakfast spot if you have a large appetite and don’t mind seating yourself. The set up is open seating and it can be very busy with their traffic of customers, but all worth it when you receive your dish. Just give them a try.

Husband decided to try this place as we’ve never eaten there. Spent $50 on two french toast biscuit /chicken sandwiches, a kids meal and two coffees to go.

Biscuits tasted like a biscuit not reminiscent of French toast aside from appearance, chicken was dry and tough. Coffee was decent. Very underwhelming and overpriced for $50.

Are you kidding me, this is our first time at Biscuit Belly., We absolutely love it. A server came to check on us, got to meet the owners, could not have been a better experience.

One of the very few restaurants in the area that serves breakfast, this spot has clearly established itself as the local leader. It’s not just a breakfast joint; it’s a true experience that draws in crowds, especially on busy weekend mornings. Despite the bustling atmosphere, the service remains impressively efficient, ensuring that even during peak hours on a Sunday morning, guests are seated and served promptly. The food arrives hot and flavorful, leaving a lasting impression with every bite. The staff is welcoming and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes diners feel right at home.

The restaurant offers a spacious layout with plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating options, perfect for enjoying a meal in any weather. For those looking to indulge, they also serve a variety of alcoholic beverages. Just a tip: definitely opt for a large drink, as the standard glasses tend to be on the smaller side.

One of the true highlights of this establishment is their biscuits, which are a must-try for any fan of the classic comfort food. They serve several creative and delicious variations of biscuits that are sure to satisfy.

Whether you’re craving a hearty breakfast or a relaxed brunch with drinks, this restaurant is a top choice in the area.
