I went here with my family and we had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and had a good sense of humor. It felt like we were regulars even though it was our first time. The food was also very good, I had three appetizers; crab rangoons, gyoza, and miso soup. I always get these as the first thing I try before branching out because they are staples and so easily comparable. My mother got orange chicken, which was delicious with a strong orange flavor. My step father got beef and broccoli and said that it was very good. All of the food was very hot and fresh tasting. In particular, the rangoons had a lot of filling and were very creamy. The service was very quick as well and our waitress, Yang, had very good recommendations when our favorite beer wasn’t there and even told us what grocery stores carry it. We have been looking for a new East Asian restaurant to eat at after Good Fortune closed, and this one has been the best by far. We will definitely be coming back.

The food is always excellent—we love everything we’ve tried here. However, we wish the waitress would hover less and wait until we’re finished before collecting empty plates and utensils. It would also be more courteous to ask before taking anything away. At the end of the meal, we were offered a complimentary dessert, which was a nice gesture. But when we asked for a container to take it with us, the waitress said we had to eat it there. This has never happened before, and we found it to be a bit excessive

First time here and we will be back! The staff were very friendly and efficient. We ordered spring rolls and scallion pancakes for appetizers. For our main dishes we ordered fried sweet and sour tofu and vegetable lo mein: everything was very tasty with no need to add extra sauces.

One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. We sat at the sushi bar and the chef was so very kind. The waitress was extremely welcoming, attentive and ensured we had plenty of tea. The food- amazing. My husband said the yellowtail was the best he ever had. Flavors were amazing! So glad we found this restaurant. Highly recommend!

Heard about this place for a long time and finally got to try it today. Lots of authentic Chinese style decorations throughout the restaurant. Servers were patient. Every dish was delicious. Quite a few authentic Taiwan style dishes. Their prices kept growing so quickly. Price of the garlic whole fish dish changed three times within a year.

This is good, close to the hotel and plenty of seats. They had a very crispy and tasty salt pepper chicken (salty mostly on the outside), the hot and sour soup was one of the best I’ve had on this coast, and the moo shu pork was good but a bit salty. The fried crispy sesame chicken skin was crispy but no meat… So good for those who like the crispy bits. Servings are generous! Green bean dish was ok.
You can ask for less salty and it comes out perfect. Love the dishes and great balance – good Taiwanese, though service can be a bit slow when busy (they are often busy so that’s good!). Discount for cash. A little more expensive than our last visit but it was still good!

Excellent dishes, very well prepared with generous portions (and not overwhelmed with salt/MSG). Hot and Sour Soup is fabulous, as are the large homemade Pork and Vegetable Dumplings. We also ordered the Hunan Beef (very good quality, tender beef). The Triple Delight (beef, chicken, shrimp) and the Chicken with Pan Fried String Beans were excellent as well. Excellent job and a wonderful staff. Highly recommended. We’ll be ordering again soon!

The atmosphere was lovely and very welcoming. There were large groups of people enjoying a late lunch on Saturday (we arrived about 1330). Even though they were busy, we were immediately seated.
My hungry husband went about ordering right away: his go tos are crab wontons, chicken and broccoli, and egg drop soup. I thought the shrimp toast and shrimp and pork dumplings sounded great. I also wanted to try the salted duck egg and green beans, but I thought that would be too much food.
The appetizers were excellent! I loved how BIG the shrimp toast was and how it wasn’t too greasy. I loved the addition of ginger to the shrimp, which added to the flavor of the shrimp toast. The crab wontons were crisp and well filled.
Our main courses were giant! The chicken and broccoli had a fantastic sauce, and the broccoli was fresh and crisp. The dumplings were thin but held their filling. The filling was flavorful with giant chunks of shrimp of plenty of veggies.
To top off the experience, our server was very friendly. She would always check on us and provide refills of water. At the end, she provided a delicious little donut filled with custard. It was very warm and just sweet enough. We appreciated the extra touch and left happy and satisfied.
