The restaurant is fabulous! The staff is incredible and the food is always on point.
The one star rating is because of their catering and fundraiser guy, Ramey Mills. I was trying to get a fundraiser set up and he was working with me on it. I gave him our paperwork he needed, got everything ready, and when it came time to schedule, he promised to call, then he ghosted me. I called for at least a week, left countless messages, and nothing.
If you’re looking to fundraise, look elsewhere.

THE BEST COSTA VIDA I’VE EVER BEEN TO! All the employees are super friendly, I love getting to chat to Adrian, Matt, Zach, and everybody else when I come in. We don’t even live in the area anymore but anytime we pass through we make sure we come and visit. The food comes out quick and fast. All the protein options are really tasty, they’re never dry like some places, and they do good portions on the sauces. Hit them up!

When I tell you I love this place, I absolutely love it. My family and I have been going to costa vida ever since they’ve been introduced to the Tri-Cities, and I’ve always had great experiences. By far the queensgate location is the best one in Tri. They give the best portions, have great people, and haven’t ever messed my food up. Just overall delicious. I’ll always be coming here.
