I like my local Rosatis a lot but I have never been to this location so I thought I would give it a try. They have a deal where you get two slices for $7. I wanted pepperoni but they only had one slice in their pizza rack so I asked if any fresh pepperoni was coming up and was bluntly told “no”. So I got one slice of sausage and one slice of cheese, and asked for some parmesan cheese. The slice of sausage pizza was so old and hard it had probably been sitting for a couple hours, the cheese along the edge was hard as a rock and where the sauce was showing it was brown and hard, old. The slice of cheese was marginally better but was still old with hardened cheese. Not to mention it tasted bad, not like good fresh pizza. Also, I was given red pepper flakes instead of parmesan like I asked for. And to top it off the young girl that rang me up and grabbed the pizza for me had a rude demeanor, like she didnt want to be there. Poor customer service and poor pizza gets a poor rating, I should have ate somewhere else.

We have been ordering from here for a year, always good, and hot delivery. Not tonight!!! Told us an hour, it was 1 hour 40 minutes, called, told they left 10 minutes before. Ok… finally came, ICE COLD!!!! We call back, manager offered to send out another one, and at 8 pm finally eat dinner??!! We said just give us a free one next time we order, they refused that and offered an $8 coupon!!!! $8 off a $30 pizza??!!??!! Back to Paisanos!!!!

I went to buy slices of pizza and both were undercooked. They were not edible, we ended up spending $16 for the food just to throw it away. The staff couldn’t even provide utensils or a box/plates to eat our pizza off of. The pizza was on foil in a paper bag. I tried to give the owner a chance to correct the poor service and he ended up making the experience ten times worse. He told me that the food was cooked “perfectly” and that he would not refund the order. Steer clear of this establishment, probably the worst service I’ve had. Will never go back.

My last two deliveries have been cold. $35 for a cold pizza. Lost my business. A year later and figured I’d give them another chance. Entered the coupon code from the online menu at checkout and said it wasn’t valid. My total was $84 for delivery with a 15% tip. Yeah I’m not gonna try again. 10/18, my dumbass tried again because my preferred pizza place couldn’t deliver. The same guy delivered, said “I hope it’s not too hot this time”, that was two years ago when you brought me cold pizza. The pizza sucked, bland, tasteless, like eating cardboard with cheese and pepperoni.

The pizza was good but the delivery was awful. I don’t know why the delivery person said he left the pizza on the porch at 5:30 but I checked 2 times, one at 5:45 and another at 6, both times after calling to find out where my pizza was.

This location is awesome. They’re open and will deliver till 2:30 Am on Fridays and Saturdays! I always get the wings and they are to die for! Try ordering them naked with your favorite sauce on the side. Staff is friendly and reliable, food is always consistent and ready quick. Highly recommended by this fat boy!
