Great service. Atmosphere was clean and vibrant. Pizza was good- The Kujo (supreme) individual size was filling, nice thick crust and tasty toppings. Side salad wasn’t much. Tried the boneless wings and they were smaller than I envisioned. The Delta dust rub hit hard with sweetness and was too overpowering for my taste…sorry Zach can’t claim they are the best in town. Overall would recommend.

I regularly order my pizza with extra chicken, it cost $2.50 for each extra.
Every now and then I get a rep extra portion of chicken, usually it’s the same amount of chicken as it would have been if I didn’t pay the extra up charge.
The pizza here used to be on point and perfect nearly every single time, not sure if it’s a staff change or what’s going on but lately all of the pizzas have been very soupy and wet. This one included.
Save your money on the extras cause you likely won’t get them .

I recommend you find a different pizza restaurant in Columbus.
The food is abhorrent for the price. Save some money and buy a Little Caesar’s pizza instead. It will have better crust and taste about as nice for 1/3 of the price. I paid $20 for a sloppy medium thin crust pizza that was harder than any cracker I’ve ever had. Very disappointing for the price. It seems there is zero quality control at this location or the manager just truly doesn’t care about the pizza quality. The only saving grace about this location is the friendly staff.

I come to Columbus for work multiple times a year and always eat at Lost Pizza a couple times a trip. The staff is always very nice, the atmosphere is great and the food is wonderful! You can’t beat their cheese sticks/bread for only $7! Everything is made when you order so it’s always hot and fresh. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

It’s like they don’t really want us to eat there. Used to be our favorite place in town but been terrible lately. Three times in a row we’ve gone there to be turned away. First time we were told they had just received a large order so our pizza would take a minimum of 25-30 minutes; next time they told us a transformer was out and they couldn’t provide food, and then tonight we went there and were told they were out of chicken and pineapple and could only be think crust as they were out of thin crust. At that point we left yet again.

Ordered door dash yesterday. Spent $50 on perhaps the worst pizza I’ve ever seen. It took over 2 hours to get my pizza. 1.5 of it the driver was waiting for the order. She said there was a fight broke out in the kitchen. Classy. You’ve lost my business for good. Even the dog wouldn’t eat it. Cold sores out over the box like it was tossed around.

My wife got sick eating here. This location doesnt keep their food safe to consumption. She got food poisoning. Salad was warm when she got it. The staff need to know and practice proper food handling to prevent contamination.

Placed a Togo order online at 10:00 am for 11:30 am pick up. I get there for them to tell me I had a 45 minute wait! They claimed they had so many large orders. I only had 4 pizzas, wings and cheese sticks. I received my order 1 hour after I got there. By time I got my order and back to the office, the pizza wasn’t that hot and they ran out of wings, so I didn’t get that order. The staff were nice but didn’t seem to have any urgency to them, kitchen staff would come from the kitchen to the front like they didn’t have anything to do. I wish I could say that this was the first time but it seems like they are never on time with their orders. The company I work for will choose a different pizza location next time for employee lunch.

I really enjoyed this spectacular find. Warm and fun atmosphere. Really good good, unique pizza flavors and fast , extremely friendly service. Look it up if your in the area for work, vacation or just visiting for awhile. You won’t be disappointed!

Many of fountain drinks not working. They wanted over $3 to replace them. Manager and employees all super nice but very young to be manger. Typical corporate problems.
