Wow. Just wow (not in a good way). Ordered $65 in food for 4 adults and 3 children; they missed a burrito and a hash brown (combo). No receipt given. Had to get a lesson at the counter on the entire order by the server; followed by a “I forgot the hashbrown, but didn’t charge for the burrito”. I had to go back out to the car to get my wallet so I could be charged for the burrito. $6.06 paid and out the door, not realizing they STILL forgot the hashbrowns. Very frustrating.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever had an employee was yelling at the manager being disrespectful, throwing the food on the hotline and continue to argue in front of everyone.(The employee was telling the manager don’t piss me off)

I just stopped in and wanted breakfast but just missed the change time. So, I ordered a hot ham and cheese combo and upgraded to the Frisco bread. I think they are joking with the 3 slices of ham and butter but NOT toasted bread? This is ridiculous. Not worth the $10 I paid for this combo. Thank Gid the fries were actually hot.

The sloppiest looking staff, always opens late, always ends breakfast early because they “run out of biscuits”, floors look grungy because they don’t clean the store. Hands down the worst Hardees in North Florida, and that’s saying a lot because we’re close to Jacksonville.
