On a chilly New Year’s Eve day I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere where the staff displayed pride in their work and welcomed everyone in. Glad to have my last lunch of the year at this location and I’m always glad to round up to help support local communities. Cheers Firehouse Subs!

We’ve eaten at Firehouse Subs many times, but this was our first visit to this location, and it was fantastic. After traveling for several hours, the food really hit the spot, but the customer service truly made the experience special. Tabitha Williams was our cashier and order taker, and she was absolutely amazing. She was warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu, offering great suggestions including fries. I never new Firehouse sold fries. They were so delicious. Thanks Tabitha! When things slowed down, she took initiative to clean the lobby and even checked on us while we were eating. Her genuine kindness made it feel like VIP service. We left feeling welcomed and impressed. Highly recommend this location because of Tabitha!

First time at this Firehouse. Staff were a pleasure to work with. Their coke machine was out of syrup and a team member came right out and took care of it. Their Gluten free subs are without question the best subs on the market. No photos I gobbled mine up

I had a fantastic experience at Firehouse Subs! The staff was incredibly friendly, and it felt like a great place to grab a bite with a good friend or family member. The restaurant was clean and inviting, and the restroom was well-maintained, which always makes a big difference. We dined in, and the atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. The sub I had was absolutely delicious—flavorful and fresh, with plenty of great toppings. Highly recommend it for a quick and satisfying meal!

There is absolutely, positively NO DAMN REASON to put an entire BOTTLE if mayo on ANY sandwhich!!! The entire sandwich was ruined and inedible! Disgusting! Even when I tried to scrap it off, the bread was soggy and fell apart from all the mayo. This is the 2nd time in which this has happened! These folks can’t be trusted when ordering thru an app. They will do ANYTHING to your food when you’re not there to give direction. Mayo is everywhere…even piled up at the bottem of yhe container. Never again!

Employees must not know products or understand the tickets. If a customer removes 2 ingrediant and adds 2 in their place doesn’t mean that’s all they want. You still have, for ex, lettuce tomato mustard that the recipes includes. I literally got a sandwich with only the extra ingredients I added.

Good sub and courteous service. It did take unusually long for my sandwich to be prepared and they were out of pickles so I didn’t get one of those. Overall, good food, food price, friendly service.

The amount of meat on my steak sandwich was so thin you could see through it. Way over priced. $17 for a medium sub and drink. I will never go back.

This is the second time I have been in and the store floor was nasty dirty. Trash, dirt, straw paper, napkins etc.
For what you guys charge for your sandwiches I expected more from you.

I, a young woman, went into Firehouse with my stepfather. There was no one in front of me and I ordered a small sandwich. We waited over 15 minutes for that one sandwich, and while we were waiting, a homeless man came into the store. He skipped past my stepfather and came straight to me, got about two inches from my face, and asked me, with his jaw agape, if I could buy him a coke. A worker shouted from behind that he isn’t allowed in the store, but another then proceeded to give him a free drink. He was in my personal space. After he refilled his cup which he’d emptied in about one second, he left the store and then slid his hands across my stepfather’s vehicle while peering into the windows of the car.
