COME EAT AT THIS PLACE. I wasn’t too sure about it at first because some of the reviews weren’t looking too good, but on valentines day we decided to give it a try, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations!! We got there around 5:45 and from the moment we sat down, our waitress, who was named Brooklyn, made us feel so welcome. She was so awesome with our kids- so patient, so kind. It honestly made our night seeing how comfortable and happy they were. They loved her!!
Even though she seemed like she was taking care of a lot of tables other than us, she never once let it show negatively. Our drinks were filled, she checked on us at the perfect times, and everything was coming out so smoothly. She handled everything with such respect and professionalism. And also, all of the other waitresses looked like they were doing amazing and showing great respect to everyone around them.
And the food? Absolutely incredible. My husband and I got the meal for 2, and everything was awesome. The kids’ menus also looked delicious, and it was great prices! You can tell that they really cared about quality here. So definitely come try this place out!

We appreciated a restaurant in town different than the typical chains.
The pizza Alfredo was so good and the popular breadstwists worth his popularity.
We’ll back.

We love Pizza Factory! The crust is yummy! We always get the bread twists with a side of Alfredo. All of the specialty pizzas are wonderful. The pastas are great. The salad bar has lots of options. It is clean and the employees are kind and efficient.

Every time I think to give this place another chance, I end up regretting it immensely. Tonight was the straw, though. After being told a to go order would be ready in 15 minutes, we spent an hour and some change only to have to order food elsewhere.

Built our own pasta, specifically requested no shrimp. Pasta has shrimp. Every single question requires the girl helping us to go back and talk to who I can only assume is the Wizard of Oz for five minutes each go (does management exist here?). They also forgot the sauce. The solution was to offer a gift card, no offer to remake. I wanted it refunded back to my card, but they couldn’t do that because my partner didn’t have it on him. So we got a $20 gift card to a place I will literally never go again.

Thrilled to have dropped $60 and a tip just to have to go to Noodles & Company for dinner. If I could give 0 stars, I would. What a joke.

I’ve been to other locations before and had a great time with great food… this time was super disappointing as a pizza factory lover. First things, the table and silverware were definitely not clean, the table was VISIBLY dirty and there was food stuck to the utensils we were given. Secondly I didn’t see what could be any adult, all the staff seemed to all be under the age of 18 which isn’t super important, It just wasn’t running very well due to this aspect. There was many open tables while being here and none of them had dishes but they were all covered in food and it definitely just felt gross. And to add at the end before we left a bunch of 14 year old boys came in and started yelling and roughhousing about the store and yelling one of the workers names who also participated in these shenanigans. The food was very mid, plates dirty and the chicken overcooked. Also had us sign the payment with a pencil? As someone who works in the restaurant industry it was very bizarre, not a single manager or adult in sight. And the cleanliness worries me about what could be in the food too. Anyways, I’ve loved other locations just not this one.

We came to eat at Pizza Factory on Valentine’s Day and had a really disappointing experience.

We showed up at 6:00 and were told it would be a five-minute wait. There were maybe 10 tables full at the time — nothing that looked remotely busy. That “five-minute” wait turned into 30 minutes. Then after we were finally seated, we waited another 30 minutes and not a single employee came to check on us, take a drink order, or even acknowledge we were there.

I was so hungry I ended up going to the salad bar and grabbing saltine crackers just to eat something while we sat there.

On my way to the front to ask what was going on, I walked past two groups that showed up at least five minutes after us — they were already seated, had drinks, and were finishing breadsticks. Meanwhile, we hadn’t even been greeted.

When I told the front about it, instead of apologizing or taking ownership, they asked what table we were at. I pointed it out, and the employee said to her coworker, “Go find out who’s in charge of table 15.” It felt disorganized and like no one was actually paying attention to their section.

Someone finally came over shortly after that — but only because I had to go say something.

I completely understand if a restaurant is slammed. It was Valentine’s Day on a Saturday, and we would have been patient if it was clearly busy. But when we arrived and even when we were seated, it was not packed. There was no reason for us to sit there for 30 minutes without being acknowledged.

To top it off, the silverware was dirty.

Really disappointing experience overall. We left feeling ignored and frustrated.

Employees more focused on closing the store, than the customers in the store.
No refills on water, no “never ending breadstick” refills, no offer for dessert. It was my mom’s birthday and she was disappointing by this experience.
Food was good, as always, but service was disappointing.

The first time was great! The bread is fantastic! The bread twists? Fantastic! The atmosphere was kind of shoddy. Maybe the night shift is different but it seemed odd. The second time was much worse. The staff didn’t seem to care much about anything. There were some on phones or groups just talking to each other in view of customers. A couple that came with us waited more than 20 minutes for their pizza and our waitress had forgotten it. He had to ask where his pizza was. “Oh right, I’m sorry” she says. It was warm when he got it. I’d love to go back cause the food is so excellent, but I just can’t eat cold pizza.

It took 15 minutes to meet our waitress and another 15 to get our drinks. The bread twist (which was cold) and salad took another 20 When our food finally came, it was cold.
They offered to remake anything, but after waiting as much as we had, we weren’t ready to wait another 20 minutes.
When we asked to speak to a manager, this kid came out looking terrified. They did offer a discount, but I regret paying for anything but dessert.

Got the salad bar with our dinner and the eggs still had pieces of shell on them. The Parmesan garlic bread twists weren’t fully cooked and tasted like they had also been rolled in cinnamon & sugar. The restaurant was full of teen employees and no adults. They don’t prepare quality food. It’s definitely not worth the price. Not a surprise the restaurant was almost empty on a Friday night.
