The only Hardee’s Ai have ran into that not only can you not order online but they never take phone calls. It’s hard to correct issues when there is no communication other than drive 15 minutes back to the store.

Stopped in today to grab breakfast on my way in to work. Frisco breakfast sandwich was not buttered at all, cheese wasn’t melted. Nothing warm and melty and delicious about it. The omelette biscuit was wadded up and smashed and had maybe half an egg. Very disappointing……

This location needs to just close its doors! Came in during lunch. The person working was complaining because no one came to work! That should have been my 1st indication not to eat here. Ordered a fish sandwich and was given a cold pice of fish, hard bread, and brown lettuce! Threw it in the trash and went to Zaxbys down the street. Close your doors and stop robbing people!

I love their biscuits, but it would be nice if they could somehow land the egg on the sandwich! The egg was VERY uneven and totally off the side! This happened on 2 different occasions. Neither time were they busy and needed to rush the manufactureing of the biscuit!

Wow when ya think fast food couldn’t possibly get worse try the Hardee’s in Guntersville!!! We stood at the counter for almost 5mins in a completely empty restaurant before seeing what looked to be a Manager walking around in the back on her cell phone completely ignoring us after having to get her attention more then once someone finally took our order we really should’ve left the and went somewhere else fries we’re OLD, COLD and SOGGY with i guess pieces of old chicken in them… I’m paying for eating there today I will never waste another dime at Hardee’s

First of all I wasn’t happy with smaller bowl of gravy, then to find it wasn’t even full was even worse. Also as you can see my medium upgraded drink didn’t benefit much either. Almost $7 for breakfast and only to find the more prices go up, the less food you get.

I had the nicest person ever take my order and it made my day! As well as the sweet girl in the drive thru window with pretty nails was so kind. Food was perfect! Blueberry biscuits will change your life!
