The 28th st location made a mistake on my order, and it wasn’t until I was 25 miles away that I noticed. I called Belding Burger King and John said he would replace my order, even though it wasn’t typically something they do since I purchased at another location.
I was happy with not having to drive clear back to Kentwood.

They didn’t give us are drinks, are food was cold by the time we got home and we live a block away from here. Didn’t give our sauce for our nuggets either. Called them to tell them and the only thing they said they would do is give us our drinks for free if we wanted to drive back. Plus we waited 15 mins for our food to be given to us.

Usually the food and service is great but apparently I was there right before the end of some cranky girls shift tonight and they gave me an absolutely freezing cold burger. I went back and asked if I could have it remade, and I think I was being polite, and the girl was like, “Well it’s almost the end of my shift but I can warm it up for you if you want.” So I said I honestly just want it remade so its not mushy. I said thank you at the window and she looked at me with a scowl and said nothing in response. Then I kept thinking my second burger tasted weird and had a weird consistency, so Im probably lucky if they didnt spit in it, or just heat up an old burger that was sitting around. Tasted weird and soggy and gross though and I was very unamused. I hate having to ask for food remade for this very reason and I think I was very polite about my request.

My 8 year old daughter wanted a chicken junior Tuesday evening so drove thru and went home. She ate almost all of it before getting a disgusted look on her fave and spitting it out. I looked and it wasnt fully cooked. We will not be getting anything from there again or any othet fast food. I recently started eating the junk again but got this reminder if why I quit years ago.

We stopped and ordered two Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers, fries and a drink. To our disappointment we received two Bacon Cheeseburgers. Totally not what we ordered. We told the girl twice Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers. If we hadn’t been to Greenville already we would have turned around. I tried calling no one answered. Very disappointing. I doubt we will stop there again.

I went here Friday evening and two separate people were standing inside waiting for their food. I stood at the register to order and watched 4 cars come and go through through the drive through while the 2 people before us got none of their order and they had yet to come take my order.

I make the occasional stop for lunch during my work hours. The crew working the weekly lunch rush does a tremendous job! Even if there’s a line, it’s never a long wait. My order is always accurate and my food fresh. The staff is always friendly regardless of who is working that day. It hasn’t always been that way at this location, which makes me extra thankful for the staff that works there today. From the cooks to the front line staff… they all do a great job!
Sat/Sun is completely hit or miss. Today was a miss… burnt is the word. See photo.
