This store is so clean, i was confident of the kitchen team’s ability to keep a clean kitchen.
The food was fair and fresh.
The service was faster than quick!!

$10 and barely any meat drive through was busy so I understood the young lady’s short answers at the window. Food was hot soit wasn’t horrible, just put a little meat with the veggies please. Thanks.

I went to this location yesterday and I bought 2 bigger plates and 2 bowls for my 6 and 7 year olds the bigger plates were okay but the bowls had so little amount of food it wasn’t even enough for my kids, good this I got the extra entree from my bigger plates to share, after removing the broccoli I was left with so little amount of beef, and almost 10 dollars for each bowls, not worth it.

This is the second time I have come in 2-3 weeks and it is unbelievably slow! I came in through the drive through and they told me to pull around. I waited 20 mins and my food was cold. The same thing happened to me again today after being told it will only be a 3 minute wait, I waited so long I went inside. The food was cold and they only put 1 sweet and sour sauce in the bag after I asked for a lot, so therefore my noodles were dry. If I could put negative stars on my review, I would 10/10 would not recommend.

The wait at this location was sooooo long. My order was scheduled to be ready at 5:26, but it wasn’t ready until 5:40. I was sitting inside the restaurant and noticed that the staff was working at a very slow pace despite there being few customers. I also observed an employee pack an order and then return the food to the serving area where food is scooped from several minutes later. This raised concerns about food handling practices. Based on this experience, I don’t plan to return and wouldn’t recommend this location.

This is the first time I had a inconvenience at the location in the past 4 months. I understand it was lunch hour but I had a quick service of ordering my food by a nice lady but when it came down to paying at the register inside another experience. The young man that rang me out Josh was just making side talk to other employees who are actually working and are moving . I was literally standing in front of him for 10 seconds and he hadn’t even made eye contact or greeted me , just talking to the person putting together the orders who is actually working and I had to interrupt him to let him know that I wanted no drink. He proceeds to laugh it off . When he asked if I need anything else and I asked for mandarin sauce and he let’s off a sigh like it’s a hassle . Also when I told him that I would like some chopsticks he points towards the exit that they are over there and tells me sorry man I’m feeling lazy today. I even asked him to repeat it cause I wanted to see if I heard that correctly and tells me the same thing “He Is being lazy today”. When I’m staring at the box right behind him that are holding chopsticks. I had to tell him that you can’t even grab them behind you . And that you get paid to service customers . I didn’t want to make a big scene so I left and took the chopsticks from the doors . I guess they hire anyone young and focus on training them customer service .

This location provided EXCELLENT catering service to our 200-member NHS Marching Band. The portions were generous, food was HOT and they included plenty of sauce packets, plates, napkins and utensils. They even helped load the order in the car. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

They opened late, and had us waiting for over 30 minutes. The employee went in later and told me they were open and to go through the drive through then another employee came outside telling me not to go through the drive through to give them a minute in such a disrespectful way. That was such a humiliation ritual. Just awful.
