Food was fine. Rudest and nastiest employee on the second window. I came to the drivethru today January 10th at 2:51. This girl screamed my total at me instead of verifying my order and then telling me my total. Please check your cameras and retrain your cashiers on how to talk to and greet customers. I had ordered an 8 piece nugget and nothing else, no need to be rude. I get it we all have bad days but at the same time, I was being so polite when I placed my order!

I want to commend and give my heartfelt gratitude to the gentleman who attended to me today ( 11-8-25). First a little about myself, I’m not big on breakfast and my taste in foods is rather plain. Also, I really never cared for Burger King. With that said, I went thinking the new sonic (I’m a huge fan of Sonic) ❤️ was open this morning. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. However, for convenience, I went to Burger King. (first thing this morning) I notice they only had breakfast menu up. I asked if that was all they were serving at this time. The gentleman told me he could do burgers but it would be a short wait. I agreed and placed my order. (Was a little picky, no sauce, add bacon , no fries but wanted their hash browns). The gentleman was professional, kind, considerate and understanding. My order was prepared and delivered in a timely manner. ( didn’t wait as long as expected/ told) It was quick and fresh. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH TO THE GENTLEMAN WHO ATTENDED TO ME AND MY ORDER. He has changed my perspective about Burger King! We need more people like him in businesses.

On Sunday, April 13th, around 2:00 PM, I visited the Burger King located at 4666 Sonoma Ranch Blvd, Las Cruces, NM 88012. I placed an order for six items: two Whopper Jrs., two Whoppers, and two plain double cheeseburgers.Admittedly, I did not check the food before leaving, as we had just returned from a two-hour drive and needed to get my 62-year-old disabled mother home. When we arrived home, I discovered that the two plain double cheeseburgers were missing cheese entirely.I then drove 14 minutes back to the location with the burgers and receipt. Why? Because my mother wouldn’t eat it. She’s picky and it would have been a waste of food. Upon returning, I was surprised when the employee at the counter told me I had to pay $7.63 to have cheese added, even though I had the receipt and the two burgers untouched and uneaten in my hand to give her. Another female employee showed up (the one that took the order) then became argumentative, stating that this was why she repeats the order back to customers—yet, she had been rude when we were trying to place order. We also made a change to the Whopper jr. which she didn’t do, but my husband and father are not picky, and so they were happy to eat there order. Ultimately, I was given two new burgers—at least, that’s what I was told. However, the cheese on them was not melted, and they were ice cold. I had a thermometer in my vehicle from a recent camping trip and decided to check the internal temperature. The burgers were so cold that the thermometer couldn’t even register a proper temperature, reading closer to rare than anything safe or edible.I immediately called the store to inquire about this, and the same woman (I guess a manger) who had helped me earlier answered. I asked if they had simply put cheese on the old burgers, which had been sitting out for nearly 30 minutes. She said they had thrown the old ones away and made fresh ones. I then asked why the cheese hadn’t melted and why the temperature was so low. She had no response. I’ve attached a photo and sent the video to corporate showing the food temperature as further evidence. So, that means I was either lied to, or the cook is making raw meat and feeding it to people.This experience was incredibly disappointing—not only because of the quality of the food, but also because of the way I was treated when trying to get a simple mistake corrected. I would appreciate a response from management and some form of resolution for this poor experience.

I went today around 7 and they looked understaffed, they had a long line on drive thru and still were very professional. I want to give kudos to the female manager who was very kind to her employees and to all the customers that came in and waited for their order. After we got our food and ate in their lobby she went out of her way to check on us and apologized for the wait, lobby was very clean and the food was made right. Working fast food isn’t an easy job and I was very impressed with the great work ethic these people had. Thank you for your great service

Awful day there. Woman came in with her hyper yelling daughter. I would guess approx 3. Girl was trying touching some of meal. She almost grabbed my soda cup. Her mother never scolded her or apologized to me. Not a nice time. I guess I will have to skip going to Burger King for a few months . Store personnel never said a word earlier. Not impressed at all..

This is the 3rd time I come here & the 3rd time my order is wrong or missing items or both. I ordered 2 Deluxe Chicken Sandwiches & I got 2 regular sandwiches with pickles, this is the 2nd time. I called & told Vincent about the situation & he asked, “Do the sandwiches not have lettuce & tomatoes?” No Vincent, they DO NOT, if they did, I wouldn’t be calling, would I? (not what I said but geez) then he was like, okay, bring them back & I’ll replace them. Well, thank you for that, that’s mighty nice of you Vincent!! Let me just drive right on over cause I’ve got nowhere else to be & gas is so cheap, practically free. Here are pictures of the sandwich & receipt.

Also, I had to pull off to the side & wait for my drive through order only to have to go inside to get a missing item, guess I should’ve opened up the sandwiches too & returned them right there & there.

I walked in and the guys greeted me I said I would like the number one Whopper with cheese in the mail because I can tell me what’s the mail and I wanted a chocolate shake he asked me that I want to make it a large I said yes my shake was a regular size and I got a Double Whopper with cheese
